I received the item yesterday, used it for the first time today. It smells like it is burning 2 seconds after starting. It does not blend well, puree well and it is not easy to remove and pour from. The base is sturdy is the only good quality. The container is plastic and leaked from the base when trying to remove. I got the blue color and it is ugly in person the picture looks better. When removing the blender to pour it snaps off not twist off like it does when you are putting it on the base. My regret to have that happen and all the ingredients pour out, but I got to see that the Fruit and Veggie Energy Boost Smoothie Blend, did not blend well there were still whole pieces even though I use the puree after the smoothie button to be sure it would be a smoothie drink. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wish this came in more colors, but I'm giving it five stars. I use this to make homemade dog food, and it works great. I love all of the different grinding/ blending options and think this is made of great materials and has tons of different applications. Its a great size and saves space. I’ve been using this blender for months. It’s wonderful for making malts and shakes. I would have given it 5 stars, except it does not crush ice cubes very well. I like to make mocktails and slushes. After using to “iced drinks” feature, it leaves large chunks of ice cubes, which I don’t like. This blender is very loud. Easy to clean. Speed, size and plastic material is good.
