I have been trying to get into drinking Greens because of my horrible GI and energy issues. I have tried 3 other brands (1 being a big deal on tiktok Bl00m) but I legit could NOT drink them, so nasty! So I was kind of wary about trying yet another one, I kept seeing Kiala adds so I reluctantly ordered, ready to gag and send it back! BUT KIALA is different, the taste is AMAZING! It mixes great with just water, super easy to drink--- so good you actually want to enjoy it not just down it as fast as you can! It legit tastes like a fruit juice, its DELICIOUS! I don't eat a healthy diet, rarely fruit and never veggies but with Kiala, I get in those important nutrients that our bodies need! I have had horrible bloating daily for the past 3 years, like so painful and uncomfortable that I would not eat during the day because I didn't want to look 4 months pregnant. But Kiala has changed that. Its been almost 2 weeks of drinking it daily and I'm stunned by the results! No more uncomfortable bloating, I'm able to eat during the day and still look good in a crop top and not have to lay down for an hour after a meal. My GI issues have disappeared! I have more energy, clear and clean energy at that! I just feel better all around! I'm hooked and so thankful I finally found something that not only works but actually tastes good! Thanks Kiala!

This is the review you are looking for if you want to buy this product so listen up. I got the citrus type one(whatever the name is) This is probably one of the better tasting greens i’ve ever had. The first taste i wasn’t really into it but after my second and third i couldn’t stop craving the taste. Yes it can be a little chalky but I think that’s how it is for most greens, just make sure u stir it up good enough. It does help with bloating and i started noticing results after a few uses. The only thing I would recommend is that if you are an athlete or someone who is very active and already constantly losing calories, for example, Runners, I wouldn’t recommend because with how much you are already losing from athletics the greens just take more away. It made me feel very faint and light headed constantly and I know it was the same for another one of my runner friends who tried out Bloom instead. Obviously these aren’t facts they are just personal statements on what happened to me. Otherwise it’s a great product, tastes good and results are quick.

I am on my 2nd week now. It has a great flavor when mixed with cold water. I can tell I have more energy after drinking it. Great before a workout. It feels like I have better mental clarity too. At first it felt like it was improving my bloat but I am not sure now because I am on an eating program that incorporates a lot of vegetables and fruits. I did however notice that it stimulated my bowels to move once a day which is a plus. I usually have to take a stimulant to move them, due to excessive amount of intestines and IBS. I do believe they curb my appetite too. I am going to continue on with the mixed berry for a few months to see what happens. I just got my VShred program and I think it’s going to help me have the energy to get thru my tough workouts.

Update on review. Have been drinking daily for over a week. Still love the flavor. I tend to get sick of things easily, but this hasn't been the case yet. As for any benefits I have seen, I definitely notice a change in my stomach. I will say when or how you drink it can affect that. I found the best results drinking it on an empty stomach, but as I said below, I have a LOT of digestive issues. I haven't noticed a difference in bloating. I did notice that it seems to have a diuretic effect for the first 5 days. Like it flushed my kidneys or something. I was going to the bathroom every 5 minutes it seemed. Without getting to into my stomach issues, for the past 5 months I have not been able to digest regularly and have had frequent emergency trips to the bathroom. These have reduced significantly. I would say I have seen about a 60% overall improvement in my digestive health. I am definitely going to keep using the rest of the month and see if it continues to improve. This has so far been the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way to reduce my digestive issues that I have ever tried. Most treatments tend to make my symptoms worse and have an opposite effect either at the time or soon after. I will also say, if you have digestive issues such as IBS-D or similar, my system definitely had to adjust to this. It took about 3 days before I started to even out. I frequently have to go through 3-5 nightmare days before my body shows a true reaction to anything. I have also seen a slightly reduced appetite or eating smaller portions and feeling full sooner. That was a benefit I was not expecting. ******** I just got this 10 minutes ago so I can't speak to the effects of the drink. I can speak to the flavor. I put it in a personal blender with 12oz of water and a few ice cubes and blended it. Smell is not my favorite but the flavor is so good. I am truly addicted to the flavor already. I got the Tropical Splash. Will be back to review on effects. I have a LOT of stomach issues and have tried almost everything that you have ever heard of and somethings that you haven't and nothing has worked. Fingers crossed that everything they say on TikTok is true and I feel better.

I have always been hesitant to try greens in powder form, but I have been having issues with bloating so I decided to give Kiala Greens a try because I love their pre workout so much. I LOVED them! The flavor, the consistency, and I mixed them with my preworkout as well and they helped me to feel less bloated, refreshed, and energized!
