My current schlage deadbolt lock doesn't turn/lock all of a sudden. This would be a replacement lock for my main door. It took me about 20min to install and another 15min to set it up with passcodes & fingerprints. Most of the time was tying to click through the app and see what features it has to offer. I personally like the auto lock function that you can choose from 5s up to whenever. The key fob and the actual key are also helpful for seniors if they are not used to a smart lock. ... show more

Set up was super confusing. I accidentally did a wrong code somehow and when I tried to reset it, it wouldn't allow. So it's stuck in lock postion with no way of resetting. There's nothing I could find to fix it?
