So far I am loving this, I thought it was WiFi but it's bluetooth. Not a deal breaker because it's so easy to install and use. The finger print and smart cards are awesome. The ability to order more smart cards is great also.

I love everything I own to be extremely convenient and easy to operate. This smart lock is great. It gives you several options. My favorite option is being able to use my phone to lock and unlock my door. It also gives you details on the app of when and how your door was locked and unlocked. Very easy to install.     • Awful. I don't know how it got so many 5 star reviews.
This took me forever to install - mostly because I kept taking it off and putting it back on because it wasn't working (and I'm handy...I just installed a new garbage disposal not more than a month ago). First of all, there are no real operating instructions included - just installation instructions. When you use the app - there really aren't instructions either, you just follow along and if something isn't working right, you're on your own to figure it out. My lock couldn't even detect when it was open. It would declare itself unlocked when it was locked and vice versa. The bolt has a very limited space to fit into the door jam and if it comes in contact with anything, it will try three times to lock and if it cannot, it will beep three times and then just leave your door unlocked. Your finger has to be very precisely placed in order to be read accurately, and you get many error messages trying to use it. I wanted to have a 4 digit code as another option, but it has to be at least 6 which is going to make it harder for older relatives to remember. I wish I hadn't purchased it, but it's installed, so we'll just have to live with it for now. Thank goodness it at lease came with two keys that we can use as an option when we INEVITABLY get locked out by this awful and inconsistent thing. ... show more

    • Easy to install, works great.
I installed this lock in less than 30 minutes, the app made setting it up quick and easy. It does come with 2 keychain keys but so far I just use the fingerprint scanner. I like the fact you can set it to automatically lock within a set time of your choosing.

The install was super simple. Being able to program it from your phone helped. The only thing is to know which way your lock goes and set that settings up in the beginning. We kept unlocking the door when we tried to lock it. Being able to have individual codes for certain people and temporary codes is super helpful. ... show more

I unfortunately had to return this product because it was too long and overlapped with the material around my door knob. I did measure beforehand, I believe the product listing is incorrect for how much room needs to be there between the deadbolt space and the door handle.
