It was a little hard to put together. The brake assembly on the handlebars had to be put together. The right front one was really hard to unscrew in order to slide it on the fixed part. The handlebars also needed some adjustment. It was worth the hassle as it’s a very comfortable and easy to ride bike. I am 76 and wanted a bike to ride with my grandson who’s 8. Would recommend. It took awhile for this bike to arrive but there was a huge shortage worldwide of bikes during the covid 19 situation etc.... so it is understandable. This is a great bike and with shipping it was just a bit over $220.00 It is very comfortable and easy to ride. Was not too hard to assemble especially if you have done it once or twice before. I would definitely recommend this bike for the casual rider. It is a great bike to ride around your neighborhood. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s a nice looking bike and comfortable. However, when I received it and assembled it both wheels were bent. The front one is so bad that the front brakes are inoperable. I couldn’t figure out how to get ahold of anyone for customer service so I have to return the entire bike when I just need replacement wheels. The box was damaged on delivery and it was delivered in the rain so the box was destroyed and unsalvageable. ... show more

Love the bike. Nothing damaged coming out of the box. Assembly was fairly easy. Instructions did not cover adjusting the front brakes, but I found a youtube video that was spot on. Whole process took about an hour. No tools included! Lots of hex bolts - make sure you have those handy before you start! ... show more

I always google "Best Rated This-Or-That" when buying something I don't know much about. This bike is rated in the Top 10 of just about every website that rates bikes. It is usually rated #1 for being the BEST BUY due to the cost ($199) considerably less than the others which are over $1000. It is my 2nd one as I also keep one that is 5 years old at my 2nd home in another state. I have well over 2500 miles on that 2nd bike and never a problem other than replacing tires after I had worn them out. I just bought this one again for the home I live in most of the time and it is just like the other one - PERFECT! If you are looking for a very comfortable bike that can be used for daily exercise on or off road. I am 6ft-1in and 180 pounds. The bike can easily handle more weight as it is strong and sturdy. I can afford the other Top-Rated bike for over $1000. But why spend that kind of money when you can get one just as good for 5 times less? ... show more

Took shipment of the bike thw box was in horrible condition, belt burn, and had so much tape looked like a return. The front wheel was warped or in serious need alignment. The derailer broke right out the door. Still waiting customer service to be available 8am to 4pm The bike like any requires some bike assembly knowledge. Setting up the brake pads..wow they cheapest ever they stacked up washers to to accommodate for the poor design. The brake cables can be a bit goofy to mess with. You will need 6mm and 5mm Allen keys Also you will need a 10mm wrench Majority of the problems are Kent's packaging... first the derailer should.not be on the bike assembly it should be in its own box protected. ... show more
