Week old stubble will not get cut well. This was the worst purchase I've made yet with shavers. I have a friend that has one that he uses and his works great but this one on the first try didn't cut or shave anything. Shaver works well enough, but apparently you can’t get replacement charging cords for this. My charger went missing and I couldn’t find a replacement available for purchase anywhere. So I reached out to customer service, who told me that I can use any USB charger. It does not have that capability. I need a charger that actually plugs into the specific charging port.
