Used it a few times. Went straight to the trash. Instructions say to press in the buttons on the side to remove the head. There are no buttons to press. It is a solid piece of hard plastic. In order to remove the head you have to reef on it. When it finally does come off, the blade and foil go flying across the room. It is impossible to get them back in place so the shaver does not rattle. Thanks to TPOB (The Pissed Off Barber) I am not TPOC (The Pissed Off Customer). ... show more

I originally planned to return this item after trying it out for the first time. Before I got a chance to return the item I reread some of the reviews and saw someone mention using it gently on kids. Turns out, I was applying too much pressure. The next day I tried it again much gentler and my skin was extremely smooth afterwards. The size of the shaver combined with the color choice makes it kind of look like a toy, especially with the plastic exterior. However, as long as you don't treat it like a toy, it shouldn't break like a toy. I charged it before first use and about 2 weeks after the last use without timing it but both times took less than an hour. I only use it for personal use so I'm not sure if i'll ever completely run the battery down to zero and the blade seems to cut well on stubble. I'd recommend this item for personal use, as a gift, or for cleaning up stubble. ... show more

This foil shaver is powerfull for its size but the top broke after only a few months of use and finding a replacement has been difficult I could only find it on their actual website and I found out they are a brand from the UK and shipping was expensive so I decided to go with a different one instead that offers blade replacements and other stuff on Amazon cuz it’s way more convenient such a shame cuz I really loved these! ... show more
