This is a handy device that I'm happy I finally bought. Makes cleaning hard floors relatively easy. It's quieter than any vacuum I have and is easy to maneuver and use. I have a small laundry room and it fits nicely in my small space. The floors seem cleaner than even my steam mop gets them. If you are averse to cleaning up your equipment, this may not be the unit for you. It must be cleaned after each use or it will smell. The battery will last long enough to complete all my floors if I prep the house before I start. I move bar stools, ottomans, magazine racks, etc., out of the way so that my cleaning path is straight through the house. I specifically wanted the Kenmore because it is capable of vacuuming without mopping, and it was well-priced. My experience with Kenmore products has always been great. Super easy to use. The self cleaning and self drying add immeasurable value. Easy to clean the dirty water tank, just rinse and go. I usually leave my tank disassembled overnight so that nothing gets smelly and it can dry fully before reassembling. I like it. It's lightweight and easy to use. Suction power is okay. It doesn't pick up stuff off the floor as much as I'd like, but to be able to mop and get most of the other stuff up, is great! It auto cleans, which is okay, but you still need to clean the mop head (or get a new one) every so often. I'd say it's a good value. ... show more

Holy moly, I love this vac. It is self propelled and really does a fantastic job. I have had several of the Tenco vacs and thought they were good until I got this kenmore. Have not tried the mop feature yet.

I had been using a spray mop on the floors. Then bought a steam mop to just up the cleaning regime. They just did not do a good job. I thought they were doing ok, but then I got this when a friend recommended going with a wet/dry vacuum to get a really clean floor. I have numerous pets that are free to come and go as they please to the great outdoors, and lots of foot traffic. So, the floor can get messy fast. Especially if it is wet outside. When this arrived, I swept the floor, even though that isn't needed, then went over it with this Kenmore. Wow!! I could not believe how dirty the water in the dirty water tank was. I usually cleaned every day or every other day with a spray mop or the steamer, but I think all they were doing was making mud. They were really getting the dirt up off the floor - they were just moving it around. I went over the floors 3 times before the dirty water wasn't shockingly dirty. I had not realized how ineffective my cleaning had been before. This machine that puts down clean water, has a brush head, and then vacuums up the water is wonderful. Highly recommend this machine. If you are using a spray mop now, you will be amazed at the difference between "the clean" you get with this machine. I will probably keep my steam mop, and go over the floors with it occasionally after using the wet/dry vacuum just because I like things clean clean....but, the spray mop is gone. ... show more

I want to love this product. Conceptually it’s a good idea. I have used it 3 times each after the required 4 hour charging period. It comes off the charger with the battery indicator at 100 and green. However, after about 5 minutes of cleaning it starts to turn off by itself. The battery indicator says 90 but it continues to shut off. I’m going to return it for a new one and see if I just got a faulty one. Will update after I get a replacement. But for now, frustrated I have to pack it back up, ship it off, and wait for a new one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ok my review- buy it, very convenient. I prefer my steam mop for deep clean. It can get the stuff that’s really stuck off. Pros: easy to use and clean, can suck up wet stuff (like cereal and milk), convenient, comes with extra brush head, cleaner, and detergent. Love that it doesn’t leave any residue like a swiffer mop does. Cons: 4 hours for a full charge, water tank is small (needed to refill and dump after my dining room and kitchen), cannot get into tight spaces. ... show more

Will not clean uneven floors or anything with texture to it! It is expensive and not worth the money and the cleaning formula refill is expensive as well! Otherwise it is great...battery charge...etc...
