Where has this been all my life?? My neighbor recommended it. She used to own a cleaning business so I trusted her judgement. So lightweight and goes under furniture. Maneuvers effortlessly. Picks up so much dirt, dust, grass and hair. We have a dog and I am still amazed how much is there to pick up every other day. My allergies also seem to have improved. We have wood floors and area rugs. No problems going from floor to rug and back. Have had this almost a year. Dump the canister about every 2 weeks. Clean the roller about every two months. Maybe once a month when my mom is with us. She shed’s a lot of her pretty long hair ;) I highly recommend this. In fact, I may buy another to keep in the box in case they ever stop making this one. Would put ZERO if that was an option. Customer service was very unhelpful when I called. I don’t have a printer and my receipt is online with Amazon. The battery flashes and won’t work. I got the new vacuum this summer and by end of August the battery was dead. It’s been awhile since I’ve tried to get assistance because my schedule doesn’t go with their hours. I got Kenmore for the name brand and now have an expensive cordless vacuum paperweight. Extremely frustrated. I also got the insurance with it which I saw earlier on my account but can’t find the screenshot I took of it. I also can’t find it on my order information on Amazon. Thought it was there in August when I started this. Doesn’t matter anymore right now because it’s under Kenmore warranty. Liked the vacuum until it suddenly up and stopped working. The woman I spoke with At Kenmore rigidly kept to the script and showed no empathy or common sense that I don’t have a printer. I do have photos or screenshots of the info required. Because I couldn’t get the info in the specific way they want, I was told my claim wouldn’t even be looked at for processing. I’m hoping this review will illicit some kind of assistance as I have been unable to get it through proper channels. Also concerned about insurance on this snd other items I’ve purchased through Amazon. I can’t find them on my account page/purchases page. I didn’t get any hard paper copy on them either. Beginning to think I ended up throwing money away on several items and won’t be able to get access for what I paid for later if necessary. I’d be more than happy to update this review positively if I could get support from someone who would help me get a working cordless vacuum. Preferably in an expedited way that doesn’t have hoops with extra unnecessary steps to go through.     • Great for the cost, room for some minor improvements

This vacuum meets all the main criteria we were looking for, lightweight, cordless, gets up dog hair, easy to get under couches, perfect for people who feel like a real vacuum is just too much work. It's also quieter than expected, which is nice. Sofar I have four fairly minor qualms. 1. It doesn't pick up ice-melt salt well, so if you have a mudroom where winter boots make salty mess on the ground, it seems like that gets stuck in the head of the vacuum and not actually sucked up to the container area (I suspect this will also be an issue for things like pebbles, broken glass pieces, etc.) 2. Although it picks up pet hair nicely it's a little hard to empty the hair out of the compartment, as it kinda wraps around the side of the filter where it's hard to reach, a chopstick works well though and so it's not really an issue. 3. The charging cord should also be able to plug into the wall mount, and so the vaaccum charges when you hang it back up. As it is currently designed, you hang the vacuum up and then plug the cord into the vacuum, it's fine but tedious. 4. This is almost so small as to not mention, but I wish the wall mount had a spot for the other head accessory, right now it's just an extra piece of junk on a shelf in our utility closet, but it would make sense and be convenient if it had a little place to attach to the wall mount beside the vacuum. ... show more
