It took a while to get this hung up, it would seem that fall has finally decided to appear. It was very easy to install and works beautifully, even though we had to re-arrange our patio to make it work. One note of caution for you, make sure that the circuit you have outside is large enough to handle what the heater requires and that the outlet is close by, the cord on this unit is about one foot to short. We ultimately made it work without an extension cord but it isn't ideal.

This is a relatively light-weight tower heater that uses infrared to generate heat. Note there is no fan, as the listing states - radiant heat. The only part of the unit that has any feeling of being substantial is the base, and that comes in two pieces that you have to put together, then attach using 4 small screws to the bottom of the unit. The base, by the way, is plastic and has 2 weights glued to the bottom for support. The unit has 3 buttons on top - one for power, one for the heat level (1 being low, through 3 being high), and the last one is a timer. There is a master power switch on the back of the unit that you have to turn on before the control panel will function. A remote control is also included, but I don't plan on using it for my needs. Just know it is there if you need it. As stated above, the unit doesn't feel really substantial, although the heat output is pretty decent. I wanted it to use on my porch for when I smoke cigars in the fall, and for that, it should work nicely. Note it states it's a patio heater, but it should be suitable for indoor use as well, as it doesn't use a heating source that should cause any issues like propane might.

This electric patio heater definitely heats up very quickly and very warmly. It uses infrared heat so it’s quiet and doesn’t make any noises or blows any hot air. We took off a star due to the installation instructions being a little confusing. It was difficult to figure out that we needed to remove the existing screws at the bottom of the heater and then use the provided screws to screw the base to the bottom of the heater. Other than the confusing assembly instructions, this patio heater does work very well. It gets very hot so it may not be safe to use indoors or around pets and young children. Proper supervision is recommended when using this patio heater. You can definitely get burned if you’re not careful since the heat this heater generates is so hot and and it gets hot in a matter of seconds. Use with caution!

So last winter, I noticed an uncle of mine, had one of these on his back porch, and I was super intrigued by it, and also super happy with his performance so I’d look into it further, and I actually ended up ordering three for myself for this upcoming winter and I recently just got some set up And wow I must say they are even better than I expected. I love the long bar style as it seems to really distribute heat throughout the entire room, and this type of heater is certainly my favorite as it tends to heat everything around you like the objects and everything else now that one slight downfall of this type of heater is expecting to warm up, a room or building very fast you’re gonna want to go with a different type as the heater is a tad bit slower to warm up but the trade-off is that it is nearly silent and once it is warm, it is a very easy to maintain it this can simply be remedied by either turning it on an hour before you plan on going to wherever it’s at or like us, we simply almost leave ours on throughout the entire cold season on a low setting and then just turn it up higher when we are using the room regardless, great heater highly recommend it

Great for small areas! This heater is similar to a portable electric heater that you might plug in under your desk at work. It heats quickly and heats the immediate area. The wall mount keeps it from accidentally getting tipped over, which is a bonus. Be sure you mount it low on the wall, as heat rises. If it’s mounted too high, the heat won’t reach you. If you expect a large area to be heated you will be disappointed.
