Here is a scary thing. The majority of supplements are imported from overseas. Depending on the region / manufacturer that could be ok. Other regions / manufactures not so much. there is a agreement in place that if country x claims it's organic, then it's organic without any follow up. It's possible that a manufacturer overseas could claim a product to be organic when it's not. When it comes to health and wellness, sad to say location of manufacture is something to look at. This appears to be good quality, is a few $ more than imported, however it's worth it to me to have the assurance that it is what it says it is. Good solution for the additional nutrition a human needs to help with higher level of health and wellness. Do recommend at this time

This is fishy and very strong. I have to add a lot of sugar to make it palatable. It’s not easy to whisk or clean. BUT it’s supposed to be the best food for you in the world! So I will continue to make it. But I won’t purchase it again.

I don't have time to write reviews, but this product has been a game-changer for me. I had other spirulina powder. Not only was the taste awful, but the smell when I opened the jar reminded me of something dead, then there was the fact that it never completely dissolves into the water. Lastly, the other product would leave a mess, including a stain on my teeth. I love that the price is not high, which makes me willing to purchase more when this one runs out. I don't have to worry about it dissolving because it most does evaporate into whatever mixture. I have always been constipated, but I notice less so since taking this product. It may be the mixture of the spinach I add with it, but I have lessened my constipation since adding this product. I also see an improvement in my memory. I cannot swear this is the cause since I take other supplements, but I have noticed some improvement in my memory.

This "food" product has a warning label about lead, which makes it unsafe for consumption. I had to immediately throw it away. "Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Lead which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm". Thankfully, amazon provided me a refund on this item. For those that are having trouble getting a refund, you must speak to amazon directly through their customer service tab, and they will likely provide a refund for you. If you go refund through your order history, you will be directed to a page that says you cant refund and to talk to Kate Naturals. Please report this listing as it contains unsafe products. This is not consumption safe. This is not a food product.
