The steam heats up quickly, and the inside gets nice and toasty—definitely enough to work up a sweat. The folding chair is actually comfy, and the tent holds in heat really well thanks to the insulated layers. I love that I can use it indoors or out, and it folds down easily when I need to store it. The 3L steamer lasts long enough for a solid session, and cleanup is super simple. If you’re looking for a way to relax, detox, or just treat yourself, this little sauna box is totally worth it. We set it up fairly quickly. Easy to set it up. The photo in the manual was a bit hard to see the so called " schematic" to put together the frame. It would have been more helpful to just have a drawing instead. The steam generators heat up pretty quickly. There was a lot of steam from using two. I turned off one and there was still more than enough steam. We set it up in the family room just to test it. It did not leak or let steam out other than getting into it. It was easy to wipe out with a small towel after it was cool. The two chairs are small, but they work fine, may not be really comfortable for a larger person.

Delivery was on time. It's very easy to set up and get going. I've used it twice already. Just received it yesterday. It heats up quickly, but if you are a solidly built, taller man. I suggest getting a sauna for two people. It is a "snug" fit but manageable. Overall, I'm convinced it's a good buy for now.

I’ve been using this portable sauna tent for about a month or so now. I’m honestly loving its' benefits. It’s been a great way to relax as well detox at home without needing to go to the gym. Setup is really easy and only takes a few minutes. I set up inside my shower because it's large enough, but this can be set up anywhere. It heats up and steam starts within a few minutes only. The detox from this has helped me with allergies and aided my weight loss by detoxing. I'm very happy with this sauna. The quality of everything is great and I expect this to last me years to come.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this upgraded 2-person sauna box! The infrared heat is strong, even, and heats up quickly, and the dual steamers make the experience feel incredibly luxurious. The five-layer waterproof design feels durable and well-insulated, and the included folding chairs are surprisingly sturdy and comfortable. It fits perfectly in my spare room, but it’s light enough to move outdoors when I want a spa day on the patio. Amazing quality, easy setup, and totally worth it!

I love this! I had another sauna that I had bought about a year ago and the motor went out. So I bought this to replace it. I loved that this motor was interchangeable with the other sauna despite them being a different brand. What I really appreciated about this unit is that it came with a pop-up tent to sit inside of so it makes it super easy to travel with or take it to other places. And also super easy to break down. The motor seems to work well at steaming. Definitely make sure you consistently clean out the inside and let it dry or they will start to get a funky smell. However, this is one of my favorite ways to do lymphatic massage, and just overall relax!
