My 4 stars rather than 5 is because it is 3 inches shy on the 12 foot width measurement. But it’s so soft and elegant to touch. Because we will be stepping out of bed onto the rug, I find it a bit slippery to touch as it has an almost silky feel. Just be careful until you are used to it. I wanted a thin no slip area rug to add warmth and design. This is thin. It is not a thick carpet. It isn’t meant to be. It is thin. As other reviewers state it needs to be vacuumed with a vacuum that has low carpet settings … however, for the cost, this is worth it!!!

We have had the carpet for going on month two and while it’s relatively easy to spot clean it has small holes from vacuuming. Updating to 5 star after company reached out and we discovered it was a stitching error during the manufacturing process and they will be send out a new rug immediately. 5 stars along for the customer service. Love this rug. I generally like fluffy soft rugs, but needs a low pile rug so my robot vaccuum could go over it not problem. This rug layed down very flat, and it super super soft and velvety. My do urinated on it and it didn't absorb straight into the rug and I was able to clean it up, used white vinegar and oxy clean and there is zero stain. Definitely a good rug. ... show more
