I purchased this 7L water fountain for my Maine coon cat and Holland lop rabbit since they were able to go through the 3L version within a day! I loved the 3L, and will continue using it as well in a separate room. This 7L is quiet, has a large top portion (so my picky cat doesn’t have his dainty whiskers touch anything), is low enough for both my large cat and small bunny to enjoy, and the little net thing will be very nice for catching their hair before it gets plastered to the filter. As for customer service, when I first received the product the pump was faulty - no light, no pumping, nothing. They replied the same night to my message, and sent me a replacement pump with no problems. I read the reviews before purchasing and here is my own personal experience. This fountain bowl works really well. I have't had one issue in 5 months. The light fixture is held in place by a suction cup, and it has never come loose. The fountain only makes noise when the water level is too low (and the light will turn red). But I like it because it lets me know I need to add water. I had a smaller fountain before this one, and this is way easier to disassemble and clean than the smaller one. I love the 3 types of filters that catch and trap the dirt and debris. Even the most skiddish of my crew drinks from this bowl. ... show more

As someone mentioned, I'm pretty sure all these things are the same lol. And I feel like I've finally figured it out: - The sponge in the pump has to be thoroughly cleaned (I put mine in the microwave for 10 - 15 seconds to kill bacteria). - Be sure to buy the carbon filter replacements as they get gnarly pretty quickly (or I soak mine in a water/vinegar mix for 10ish mins while cleaning the machine) . - Clean the machine out every time the water gets low. - Make sure there's water underneath all the suction cups so they stay put. My story: The 1st to 2nd week this thing was pretty good. No noise. No problems. By week three I realized that this thing gets nasty very quickly. It already seemed like it needed a new carbon filter. And the little sponge that goes inside of the pump was practically black. It's also started to make a noise. This was branded as quiet machine, which is something that I didn't think that I would care about. But after it started making that water dripping noise, I noticed it all the time. I noticed that the first time it made that noise it was because I forgotten to put the sponge back into the pump. But even after I did that sometimes it would still make noise. This thing gets nasty quickly. Very quickly. I actually go so far as to soak the carbon filter in apple cider vinegar and water. And I put the sponge in the microwave for 15 seconds to make sure all the bacteria is killed. I've noticed. That you have to clean this thing every time a dog finishes the water. You can't try to stretch for a few more days. Once the water is all done, it has to be cleaned. For me this is like every 3-4 days. Which sucks, because it's a pain to clean. But after having this about 1.5 months, I've gotten it down. I take everything apart and lather everything up and rinse it really good. That is the only way this thing works. I've seen some people say that the motor dies in six months. As I haven't had it that long, I can't tell. I've also seen people saying that the light doesn't stay put. I found that the trick is that there has to be water in between the suction cup and the bottom of the machine. Otherwise, no, it won't stick. As for getting the pump hooked on to the water spout, that is the most difficult part of reassembly. It's a pain in the ass because the little area blocked off for where it says to place the pump does not align with the water spout. But, now I've done it so many times I can eyeball it. It only took a month and a half (eye roll). My dog used to have a gravity water, but I switched to this because I thought that cleaning and refill would be easier; there will be less chance of bacteria growth; and it was a pain in the ass to tip the multiple gallon water jug over onto the base of the gravity water. I really can't say enough good about this automatic waterer...It is so quiet, the only time you can hear it is if the water level gets low, other than that you do not even know its there...my dogs absolutely love it and they have fresh water constantly...we have 5 dogs that use this and I clean it once a week and the pads filter out so much gunk, it is great! I am going to purchase another one to keep out on my patio for them. I would definetley reccomend this!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 large dogs who would gladly slurp up an entire “regular” sized water bowl in one sitting. I love that this fountain bowl holds up to about 2 gallons of water & there’s a window that shows how much water is left plus a light that will go from blue to red as a signal that it’s time to refill. The filters are a breeze to change & the inside is easy to clean. I will say that I keep it outside because it was a little noisy for inside at least weather permitting. I like the large size, great water capacity. Well made, sturdy although I cannot figure out the triangular filter tray and it’s a bit tough to get the pump outlet to attach to the top piece. Very tricky. The flow is a little less than other auto watering devices I have which doesn’t seem to attract my cat at all so far, and my small dog won’t go near it. But I’m going to try it for another week and see if they warm up to it. I like the look of it and use it indoors on a tile floor where their old water bowl used to be.
