Buying Iridium Spark Plugs online is often a horror show with some estimates being that 60% of them are counterfeit. I have learned this the hard way having to re-replace a set of fakes that required the intake manifold to be pulled in order to change the plugs. I was very pleased when I received these, performed all the checks and tests on them and found them to be genuine AC Delco plugs. I even examined the Iridium tip under a microscope. The part number appearing on the cartoon box is different than the one appearing on the spark plug. Although the box should match the item, I can see that the item still fits. Also, all 6 items were delivered without full plastic cylinder similar to the one I bought in the past as shown in the picture of my previously purchased item. This predisposes the poorly protected plug's gap to damage during shipping. ... show more
