All ceramic kamado parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill. All metal and cast iron parts are warranted for a period of five (5) years. The heat deflectors are warranted for a period of three (3) years. The thermometer and gaskets are warranted for a period of one (1) year.

I don't do this as often as I should. Short and sweet...and real. It's awesome. Seal is better than Egg.... clean up tray better, Top better, Hinge Better. They do the same thing really but this is a superior product. Pretty simple. It was very apparent and very fast. I had an egg for 15 years.

Most Awesome Complete Cooker Ever!

This product is so well made it should last a very long time. You can grill, smoke, roast and do about anything with it. The contained chamber with vents allow you to precisely adjust the heat from 225 to 750 degresss Fahrenheit. Almost all accessories are included in the initial item purchase, One additional Item I bought and recommend if you like smoking meat etc a lot is the slo-roller smoker. The cooker is aluminum with a ceramic fire box. A lower vent and an upper smoker stack vent allow you to precisely adjust the temperature and to also minimize charcoal and smoking wood ( I prefer hickory) usage.

This is a very good kamado grill. My family love these grills because of the enhanced flavor, tenderness, and juiciness the grill gives the meat. Definitely worth the money. The new model has very favorable updates and the company give you all of the accessories (minus grate racks) that you would need to grill most foods.

This grill is far superior to the char grill and many like it. I banked the the coals after I was done with it and the next morning it was still warm enough to fry bacon and make scrambled eggs.

Best way to attain rich bbq flavor. Not the easiest but the best.

I’ve cooked nearly 100 times on this absolutely brilliantly designed grill. If I were in a bbq competition this would win the money. My go to when I need the best results. Side note: All other grills should be embarrassed when comparing lid gaskets. The best out there hands down.
