Warranty Description: ‎For the Kamado Joe warranty to apply, you must register your grill. All ceramic kamado parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill. All metal and cast iron parts are warranted for a period of five (5) years. The heat deflectors are warranted for a period of three (3) years. The thermometer and gaskets are warranted for a period of one (1) year.

The contained chamber with vents allow you to precisely adjust the heat from 225 to 750 degresss Fahrenheit. Almost all accessories are included in the initial item purchase, One additional Item I bought and recommend if you like smoking meat etc a lot is the slo-roller smoker. The cooker is aluminum with a ceramic fire box. I’ve cooked nearly 100 times on this absolutely brilliantly designed grill. If I were in a bbq competition this would win the money. My go to when I need the best results. Side note: All other grills should be embarrassed when comparing lid gaskets. The best out there hands down.

You cannot contact the manufacturer by phone with questions. Email contact says they will get back to you within 5 business days. Chat is somewhat helpful but not for detailed questions. We disassembled the grill dome, grill base and air-lift hinge to make it easier to move to the backyard and lift it onto the wheelbase (this worked well). Grill arrived 6/19. We are still waiting on answers to questions so we can reassemble the grill properly. I assume when we finally get the grill going, it will be great but at this point who knows! Their customer service is taking the fun out of the whole thing! ... show more
