    • Great fryer for 1-2 people
I haven't had this long enough to comment on durability but so far I am really liking this fryer. I have made a couple of things on it and it has worked really well for twice cooked fries as well as fish, running the low high and mid temperatures for frying. The temperature control is super easy, no digital shenanigans just a knob to set the temp. I haven't double checked the temperature accuracy with a probe because everything seemed to time right with what I cook so I imagine it is fairly close. Clean up is where this thing shines. The Oil filtration system works it fixes the biggest hurdle to home frying, what to do with the left over oil. Now you just filter it into the included tube and store it away, no muss no fuss. The filter is very good at cleaning the oil getting most of the solids out and I was still able to use it for other foods after frying fish. The rest of the cleanup is pretty straight forward, take out the air filter from the lid, wipe down the electronics and outer shell and throw the rest in the dishwasher. One thing to note is this isn't very big so you are only going to be able to cook 1-2 servings at a time. Great if you are only cooking for 1-2 people, more of a hassle if you have to cook. for more people. So keep that in mind. ... show more

This things is the most poorly made product I ever brought. I’ve had 2 of them now. I return the first and got a second. Both have the same problem. The tubaware the oil spills into lid doesn’t lock. So everytime I attempt to filter the oil spills everywhere. I’ve been trying to use it for months, and it happens everytime. I absolutely hate this. I should have got something cheaper without a filter. This is supposed to make the fryer more convenient, but it is the most inconvenient thing to deal with. I’m absolutely tired of cleaning oil spillls. The moment I can, I’m throwing this out. It’s terrible ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works great for frying foods such as fish, fries, chicken tenders, etc. I love the oil filtration system! Once the oil is cool, you can drain it in to the container underneath and it filters out all the food particles so you can reuse the oil. It also makes it easy to store since you do not have to deal with the oil. ... show more

Fryer holds a little more than the average fryer because it's longer. Isn't deep enough to hold more than one chicken breast at a time. Heats up faster than expected for amount of oil it holds. No turn off feature. Have to unplug from wall to turn off. The handle is made so that it sticks out of unit at all times making it in the way when not in use, unless you take it completely off and store in a drawer. ... show more
