Easy install and it works well
So far so good! My 2007 Mustang V6 4.0 has accepted the CAI well with apparent gains. I can’t say the amount my vehicle has benefitted because I put it on at the same time as using a throttle body spacer, new spark plugs, new coil over, and I’m still working out the kinks on a tuner. Either way, the intake seems to be the one thing that works well. It was easy to install and took me about 1.5-2 hrs. I would buy it again if I had to.

Works great!
Installed on a 2006 Mustang 4.0 - took about an hour (taking my time). The instructions were very well written and you can't go wrong. No complaints other than the gas mileage but the performance seems noticeable. Make sure you disconnect the negative battery terminal before installing so your fuel injection corrects itself upon start up.

Very Good
Install was fairly quick, and instructions were easy to follow. Right away you can hear the difference when accelerating and taking off. Still seeing how gas mileage is affected, but horse power was easy to spot. A lot less bulky than original intake as well. One of the best intakes you can install to a v6, and you never have to replace the filter again. Highly recommend.

Improved gas mileage
I had been using a K&N rectangular filter in the factory airbox, and I felt like that was an improvement over a paper filter. When I went to this intake, I wasn't thrilled with any performance improvement -- BUT, I seem to be getting up to 10% better gas mileage. I was seeing 20mpg in my typical driving, and after two tanks of gas it looks like I'm now seeing 22mpg. If that continues, this unit pays for itself in no time.

No tune needed and works great
Bought it as a gift for hubby's mustang. While it was kind of a pain to install (took much longer than 1 hour) it does improve performance and the car sounds great. Best of all, it does not require a tune and doesn't interfere with any 02 sensors.
