This was the second time I purchased this product, the Art of Shaving shaving cream. Not only does it have a great Sandlewood scent, but the cream whips up to a wonderful, rich, almost luxurious lather. For myself, I cannot imagine a better product and will probably purchase it again when I need to replace this one. I do not have the toughest beard to shave, but if I desire to take off 3 days growth, AoS is more than up to the task. I get at least twice as much mileage on my razor blades as I had in other products I’ve tried. Bottom line - I love this stuff. This is my husband's favorite shaving cream. This leaves his face very soft, especially if you use the pre-shave oil. If you don't, it will still provide a great shave. The smell is amazing! He has used it for years and it never disappoints.

I’m a bald man that shaves his head every couple days, as well as clean up my beard. This is my go to shave cream. Not only does it lather up very nicely, the smell is very nice as clean. Also it is not overbearing, but just the right amount of fragrance.

A little goes a long way which is the good news. The bad news is the packaging is one of the worst I’ve seen. A false bottom to help you think you’re getting more. The product is worth the price, please don’t add a ridiculous amount of packaging to provide the illusion of volume / product that just isn’t there. Would buy this again but to be honest, the tube is less per ounce and isn’t as offensive / wasteful in its packaging. Please stop the waste!!!!! ... show more

I recently tried this new shaving cream, and let me tell you gentlemen , it's a magical potion for your face. Every time apply it, it’s like two angels descend from the heavens and gently rub it on my face. I half-expected the cream to burst into song. Oh and the lather? It’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced, the razor glides smother than a penguin on ice, razor burn and cuts are the thing of past with this wizardry ! I’m NEVER using anything other than this brand.
