We received our package a few days early but a part was missing so we reached out to the company and they were unable to send the missing part so they sent a whole new see saw which was incredibly easy to assemble and very sturdy; my 5 year old only tips it over when he tried to play without sis and it's on our laminate flooring lol The instructions clearly state that this is an outdoor toy only so that's our own fault we use it inside but it's amazing doesn't damage the floor, the kids LOVE it, and the company provided us with quick communication and excellent customer service I would be thrilled to order from this company again! ... show more

My son received the item and called to tell me there were two pieces missing for assembly, #3 and #4 the upper and lower support tubes. Would like those items to be sent right away.

It’s a perfect backyard toy for my 1 & 3 year old kids! 1 year old can’t bounce his feet yet but his big sister can give him a ride and I can spin them around. They fell one time each but I didn’t feel uncomfortable because the seat seems not too bad to hit a little and it’s not too high for them. They can hold onto the bar pretty easily.
