We weren’t sure we wanted to take up kick boxing so we chose something with good reviews and cheap. Having to go out and buy sand and trying to fill it was a bit of a hassle but all and all worth it when first getting started.

The media could not be loaded. This is quick to set up and get going. We've been wanting a punching bag for awhile, but didn't like the high price or the space they took up. This one is deflatable so can be stored if need be and it is priced right. We had it set up and and going in minutes. It's not easy to fill in. I'm using it indoors so didn't have a hose available to fill it and it took a loong time to do it. Once it's fully inflated and filled in, it just don't come back fast enough wich makes you lose rythm.
