I was more than a little skeptical of this bag when I was in the market mostly because of the price. I gotta say it's one of the best stand up bags I've ever used.     • Pretty good bag if you own a house - not suitable for apartments
As much as I like the bag - it is not suitable for apartment units - I live on the 4th floor and have received numerous complaints because of how much the bag bounces around, causing massive noise to the adjacent units. For the bag not to move, it needs at least 100 -200 lbs of sand added to base. The story would be different for someone who owns a house, and causing noise isn't a problem. ... show more

I’m 6'4, filled the base with sand, and it doesn’t ever come close to falling over when hitting it. I like the bag ring, it does a great job keeping the bag from moving away. My old bag I had to chase around the garage and move back all the time, this one I get in full 30 minute workouts hitting hard without it budging. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a high quality bag, and who doesn’t want the hassle of drilling holes in your ceiling to install a heavy bag. ... show more

Not too soft not too Hard. Perfect to start getting used to punching and kicking. Wont tip over(so far). If interested in the App workouts of FightCamp will suggest buying the Bag at their website. Same price but comes with punch trackers and wraps.

The media could not be loaded. I expected a much more firm and solid bag, like a heavy bag. You can see in the photos the foam is not very dense and has gaps in it, so you are punching into a marshmallow. The base doesn't hold the bag firmly either, and you can see in the video it allows for a lot of bend and spring which makes it really hard to throw quick combos since you have to wait for it to bounce back before you can throw again. I have to push the bag up against the wall if I want to get a proper workout in the way I like to box, which is not ideal. I would not have purchased at this price if I had an opportunity to test it out first. I wish there was a firm top option or a thick cover that slides over the top and straps underneath the bottom of the base. ... show more
