The TV Stand is absolutely gorgeous and we have no complaints about it. However, the stand is extremely heavy, long, and was attached to a pallet. We ordered one stand which was delivered and brought inside our house - not via FEDEX. Then the following month, we purchased two more. However, only one was delivered due to an error by Bridgevine. It was shipped via FEDEX. The driver said he was required to leave the box at the entrance of our driveway, which is long and uphill. My husband literally had to plead with the driver to bring it to the garage, which he did. My husband and I are seniors, and we really struggled to get the stand inside the house. The second one came two weeks later via FEDEX, and that driver adhered to the same policy of leaving the stand at the entrance of the driveway and refused to move it closer to the house. He said Bridgevine paid for basic delivery (who knew) and he could do no more. My 73 year old husband had to ask a neighbor to help us get the stand up the driveway because it’s just that heavy. The stand is boxed and attached to a pallet. The entire package is 205 lbs. There really needs to be an option for white glove service because we would have gladly paid for it. We were really disappointed with Bridgevine’s shipping and delivery services. They need to do better.

I was initially really excited about this, but when I opened it up the back has a particle board stapled to the back. The top of the tv stand is light brown, not dark brown like pictured. And I got the return approved, but I have to pay to return it?? Unbelievable given how misleading the pictures and description are.

This is high quality solid wood furniture......beautiful finish, no defects or sloppy workmanship. There was no assembly required. Item was shipped with over the top packing. Highly recommend Price was also very reasonable.

The main factor in my choice of this product was the claim that it's made from real, reclaimed wood, here in the US. It's almost entirely MDF with a very thin veneer. The second factor was its shelf arrangement, which I needed for book storage. That part is fine, but I'm incredibly disappointed that it's not real wood, and the veneer itself chips very easily. I've had it for 6 whole days and I just walked past it and saw that a big piece of veneer has flaked right off the side for no apparent reason. If I wanted MDF I wouldn't have spent the last 6 weeks searching online for a console made of real wood. Putting "solid wood" right there in the listing when it's about 95% MDF with a cheap veneer is how you make people leave negative reviews and never buy from you again.

Arrived fully assembled, love this piece - we wanted an extra wide piece. The quality and color is surprisingly good. We got whiskey barrel color which is a rich, brown color. Highly recommend.
