Gotta say I was a little nervous about spending less than half what I would pay at a local car parts store for an alternator for my 2009 Honda Pilot, but it's getting on in years and miles, and I didn't want to pay more than necessary to keep it running. So I took a chance on this very inexpensive alternator. It's a perfect replacement for the one I pulled out, and after putting everything back together, I'm reading 14.4 volts. Time will tell just how well this thing works out, since I imagine costs had to be cut somewhere to get the price this low. So if anything changes, I'll update my review, but for now, I saved $150 on my alternator by going with this one and I couldn't be happier with it.

Would give zero stars if possible. Doesn’t work at all. Huge waste of time and money. I ordered this and paid someone to change it for me. Part didn’t work so had to buy another part and pay to have it installed too.

2011 Honda pilot ,This was bought after 11 yrs of the OEM part giving out / for the price point of Honda OEM Part alternator, this was great , it fits , it was delivered , i had it installed for $250 at a local auto shop i have not had any issues with it 'yet " its been a month so im giving this a "good strong Temp recommendation" this is absolutely a good product & is very cost effective & it was delivered quickly all Pros, so i cant wait to see how long it last! I would definitely buy this again & id recommend this to any one who needs to replace a Alternator for your Truck . With the money your saving you could buy 2 plus have it installed and still save some money and pay less then going to Honda. what is there to think about Buy.

Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2024 by I ordered and received the light bulbs and they came in 2 day quickly , but the light did not fit my Honda Pilot 2011 , I did verify the fit before buying so it does not work the light did not plug all the way into the socket and would not properly fit ,the H11 bulb has a shorter plug In then the bulb ordered also it said Orange instead of Blue which I ordered!!!So I’m not happy nor satisfied and need to return them
When you receive this alternator you have to make a minor adjustment to the 'floating' mount bushing on the alternator front half housing. I have read reviews where the bushing was ground down 1/4" to make the alternator fit. Instead, carefully press the bushing in until it hits the back half housing. The alternator will then fit perfectly into the mount attached to the engine.

This is the second alternator & it didn't work . Wasted time & lost money. Ended up buying an Autozone alternator & it worked right out the box! Don't buy this junk! 2 times they sent , new alternator & none worked . No voltage coming out of them . Garbage!

Ordered yesterday, super fast shipping had it less than 24 hrs! Wish I had taken a picture; this job in the Honda pilot is a pain getting the alternator in/out but can be done if you are careful. The problem with mine was the lower bolt flange was slightly too wide and would not fit without grinding down about 1/8" inch off the "bushing or casing" that sticks out the flange; once I figured this was the issue and resized it worked like a champ and fired off 14.6 V upon starting; you cannot beat the value; was going to pay much more (x3) even locally at the auto parts store but think the quality was equal IMO.
