This was such a hit and my very rambunctious 6 year old used this almost every day. After some aggressive kicks, the pole came loose and we can’t get it to stay attached anymore. Can we get replacement parts?

It is kind of flimsy but it’s meant for smaller kids to I understand. Fill the bottom with water or sand. Pretty easy to assembly.

    • Absolute TRASH. Did they even try?
Even the SLIGHTEST most basic quality protection efforts would have discovered NONE of the parts matched. NONE of them. It was IMPOSSIBLE to assemble. It’s like they didn’t even try. None of the screws fit the nuts, all points that needed to fasten together were either too long for the bolts/nuts to screw together, or the threaded hole was too big for the bolts and the threaded bolts wouldn’t bite. the CONNECTING rods were exactly the same size, and would not connect to one another. The rod would not fit in the base. This is literally the most worthless product I have ever bought from anywhere. ... show more

I bought this for my 6yr old as a birthday gift. I really didn't know what his response to this item would be given the fact he is adhd and it's extremely hard to find something entertaining for him. I must say this was the best thing I've bought for him, he was very occupied for hrs when I got it together. I also believe it is pretty durable given the fact that my 11yr old was punching this thing like he was in a real life boxing match. It sticks really good to hardwood flooring it sprung back up everytime he punched it without scooting around on the floor.
