I bought this unit to put under my work desk. I have a bad knee that hurts over time when sitting at my desk. I thought a vibrating platform might alleviate the pain. It does help. It has a nice low setting and with a wide range of speed increments. I was impressed at the power of the unit.. I wasn't expecting it to be as solid of a vibration rocker. I really expected it to be an enhanced vibrator massage type machine.. but this is actually a rocker. It rocks from side to side to generate the vibration.. This give it a wide range of motion. I make good use of a standup rocker now, so I am familiar with them. This thing is surprisingly strong and actually reminds me of the large standup machine I use. It is also very quiet except for the beeping when it turns on, off etc.. hahaa All in all I think this unit is a very good value. I would recommend it.

I have been using this this machine for almost a year. It's a sturdy will built platform. I love it. You will experience Muscle Strength Relaxation And Improve Flexibility. Most of all I experienced Customer service that was outstanding. Since the covid-19 I been cycling a lot. When are finished Cycling I do my Do The jufit Vibration platform. It's so easy I just stretched On it and do abs In 15 minutes I'm finished. It takes all my sore muscles away amazing. My customer service problem was Handled very professional and extremely fast I went through the company directly Just a quick email.

Update: The seller contacted me following my review. Though I'm unhappy with the length of life of the product, I am VERY happy with their response. Though they have offered a full refund, I did tell them that I'd be happy with a replacement product vs the full refund. Let's see what they say. Appreciate the attention to the customer by the seller. I'd give the product a 5 star rating when working, a 1 star for its lifespan, but the seller a 10-star rating. To meet in the middle, I updated my 2-star rating to a 4. This vibration platform worked very well. I would get on it once a day for 15 minutes and felt like I was having improved circulation, better balance, etc. Even carried it across the street for my neighbor to try and ended up ordering one for her. Then, as most things health related, I stopped using it. Got up today to use it for the first time in a couple months and after a minute, it quit. Unplugged it, checked cords. Power light is on, but nothing lights up on the platform and it doesn't budge. My mother has a different brand that she uses religiously every day and it hasn't had one problem. I'm only 160 pounds, so it shouldn't be my weight causing the issue.

I absolutely love this product. I does everything it claims to do. I have been using it every day for 2 weeks at least 10-40 minutes and I have so much more energy to do more things. I don’t feel as bloated and my knees aren’t as sore as they were. 100% recommend

I love this machine...I had problems with my sciatic nerve and couldn't exercise...After just sitting with my feet on it every day for a couple weeks...I was able to stand on it holding a chair...now I stand on it without a chair and it gives me a workout without having to hurt my leg further... I have now started using the retention bands and hope to start using it twice a day to tone up.. Several friends have tried it and want to order for themselves. Great piece of equipment for older people to get low impact workout...

I was very excited about this purchase and was disappointed that there was basically no instructions. You can definitely hurt yourself since the machine starts going off pretty fast. On the positive note, it feels really good in the body. Muscles feel warm. I will give it a few more tries.
