I wish it was a little bit wider and just a bit longer. It is not wide or long enough to do a squat. It does make you move and raises your heart rate. I use five pound weights when I do use it. Over all I happy. I am using it four days a week and I am slowly increasing the duration up from 15 minutes to longer. I don't like that it smells like someone is smoking.

Update: The seller contacted me following my review. Though I'm unhappy with the length of life of the product, I am VERY happy with their response. Though they have offered a full refund, I did tell them that I'd be happy with a replacement product vs the full refund. Let's see what they say. Appreciate the attention to the customer by the seller. I'd give the product a 5 star rating when working, a 1 star for its lifespan, but the seller a 10-star rating. To meet in the middle, I updated my 2-star rating to a 4. This vibration platform worked very well. I would get on it once a day for 15 minutes and felt like I was having improved circulation, better balance, etc. Even carried it across the street for my neighbor to try and ended up ordering one for her. Then, as most things health related, I stopped using it. Got up today to use it for the first time in a couple months and after a minute, it quit. Unplugged it, checked cords. Power light is on, but nothing lights up on the platform and it doesn't budge. My mother has a different brand that she uses religiously every day and it hasn't had one problem. I'm only 160 pounds, so it shouldn't be my weight causing the issue.

This is a powerful unit. I am 6'2, 240 & it moves me in a hurry! Just received today & were still getting to know eachother. Will updTV! UPDATE: This is wierd but when I hit the pause button on remote it mutes my TV.

I bought this in Prime Day just out of curiosity. I read what it did and supposed to do for your body BUT after two weeks of using this I noticed I could now have all down the stairs again like a normal person!! It’s been a few years since I could do that as my right knee gave me such sharp pains I would do anything to avoid stairs. Now I go up and down like a normal person and now look for reasons to do so to increase my exercise. Never thought it would help my knees and no description of these vibration plates ever list them as beneficial for it. All I can say is that this has been the best thing I’ve purchased this year!
