    • Very Well Made, Feature Rich and a Lifetime Warranty!

After reading many reviews about Flex's products, I decided to switch over to them from the previous "team green" products I was using. A couple of notes from an intermediate skill DIYer who loves woodworking: - Flex's products are very well made, and they feel robust when you hold them. Some knock some of the products for being heavy. I don't see that as a drawback, but rather a benefit. I'm not using the jigsaw for four hours per day. When I do need to use it, the little bit of extra weight gives me good control of the unit. - I ordered the barrel grip based on reviews of how much easier they can be to control. After using it for the first time, I agree. It does feel like an extension of your arm. The barrel grip is larger, but again, easy to control. It is growing on me rapidly over the traditional D handle design. - It was plenty of power, but also easy to control through the cut. It has multiple speed settings, but I keep it on "auto" and can hear it increasing speed when needed. Feels like I have a good amount of precision throughout the cut. - Like all Flex products I've switched to, it comes with a lot of extras that you have to purchase separately from other brands. It comes with the dust collector that seems to be designed very well, a chip guard, and an anti-splinter insert. - Lifetime warranty: this is huge to me, as the tool already feels like it will last a very long time. The fact that Flex offers a lifetime warranty when purchased before December 31, 2025 is also great. This not only covers the tool, but also batteries and chargers as well. I'm not aware of any other brand with such an extensive warranty. Overall, I'm very glad I made the switch to Flex, and I look forward to using more of their tools. I highly recommend them for their build quality, feature set, included attachments, and lifetime warranty. Their customer service has been great to deal with as well, as I had many questions before deciding to switch my entire tool platform to Flex. ... show more

I’ve been a fan of flex tools since I found their tools and have loved their quality and power, especially their long battery life. They’re more expensive than some brands, but they’re 100% worth it. This tool was no exception. I loved the barrel handle, made it feel like an extension of my arm and I was able to more accurately make my cuts. Hands down one of the beat jigsaws ive ever used. The chip guard can nake it difficult to see the cutting lines when it gets Dusty because the dust sticks really bad even when using dust extractor. Wish the handle was a little smaller but still easy to hold with one hand.

Works very well, clean cuts and easy to control. I’ve used it on plywood as well as hardwood. Has tons of power even with the regular not stacked batteries. Blade changes are quick and easy, I would recommend to anybody needing a jigsaw.

This is my 9th cordless tool from FLEX and another winner! This will end up replacing my corded Bosch sabre saw which has worked fine for years. The big advantage with the FLEX is its cordless design and its easy blade replacement. Additionally the lifetime warranty is great, as is the US based customer service. FLEX tools are a bit more expensive than others but the quality and warranty make it worthwhile. I always wait for sales to lessen the cost. Highly recommended. ... show more
