I did a lot of shopping online and in various home improvement stores before buying this patio furniture set. After more than four (4) months of use, we continue to be very happy with our purchase. The items arrived quickly and boxes were well marked. Instructions were easy enough to follow, and the package even included the tools needed to assemble the set! Assembly took over an hour, but I was mostly working alone. The whole set looked great when assembled, and continues to do so, although we have used it quite a bit. The joints are solid and the cushions thick and firm, providing good support. We ordered the navy blue cushions, which is great for hiding dark stains (spilled coffee), but not so much the lighter stains (we have some birds that like to sit on the back of the sofa while looking at themselves in the window glass!) Other than sweeping or vacuuming the cushions, we’ve not felt a need for more. The furniture sits in a covered porch, and gets only indirect exposure to the sun and rain, so I can’t speak to how it holds up to direct exposure. As I said, I shopped around quite a bit before settling on this set, and I’m very pleased with the quality, attractiveness, comfort, ease of assembly, and of course, the price.

This is actually an amazing set for the price. Looks great, assembly is relatively easy, wider chairs for those of us with hips, solid, comfortable, etc. Let me start with assembly. I read a handful of reviews about it being difficult to assemble. This is the exact same as buying any other assemble-yourself furniture. If you have purchased and assembled Ikea furniture, you can do this. I put the whole thing together myself over the course of three evenings after work, couple of hours at a time. I put the sofa together first, then moved on to the rocker/swivel chairs. Wish I would've opened this one first since it included a mini-ratchet tool. SO freaking helpful and unexpected. Never received a tool like this in any other furniture I've ordered. It WAS annoying at times because the screw had to be at just the right angle while assembling. Doing it myself, I found myself doing weird things to use my feet, hands and whatever to hold the pieces at the right angle. But really it's to our benefit. Everything was correctly aligned once assembled. No adjustments needed and everything is level/solid the first time. The cushions - I thought at this price that the cushions wouldn't be great. I am the type that wants/needs squishy/cozy. Had anticipating it not being up to my standards (I live in a cloud). But lo and behold it was!! I am actually very comfortable with these cushions and don't need any extra padding! Bottom cushions are a little rigid (but squishy) to hold up to constant sitting. Back cushions are super squishy and very comfortable to lean back against. And give it time if necessary. All of the furniture except for the 2 chairs - the bottom cushions were not vacuum packed. Was ready to go out of the bag. 2 seat cushions were vacuum packed and took overnight to get to its proper size. Very comfortable like the rest after waiting. Another thing I would like to mention is to be patient with shipping. It all came pretty quickly, so that's not what I mean here. I ordered a larger set and didn't know how many boxes were coming my way. Came via FedEx for me. They dropped 2 boxes off on a Saturday and the tracking was updated to "delivered". On Sunday I started opening boxes and there was a lot of pieces missing. I contacted the seller with concern. Later on that night one more box showed up, then Monday the final box showed. Confused why it was labeled as "delivered" when not all of it was. But oh well, all worked out in the end. I am so happy with this set. I am so glad I decided to go for it an buy this set. Would 100% recommend to anyone. As a side note - I actually did contact the seller when I thought a lot of stuff was missing. Sunday night box showed up before they responded, so I wrote a note to say more had come (and apologized). Seller was SUPER nice in their response and said to please contact them if there were any issues. I really appreciated that.

The wicker chairs were exactly what we were looking for to replace some old outdoor chairs that had fallen by the wayside. The chairs were reasonably priced, easy to assemble, good quality and are very well constructed. They also appear to be durable and ready to withstand the harsh conditions of our lakeside abode. The wicker chairs are very comfortable and good looking too. As a matter of fact, we were so pleased with the chairs that we later bought the matching wicker ottomans.

Furniture is very comfortable, great quality that should last a long time. Firepit is the perfect size and easy to use. Previously purchased the same set of chairs but with swivel and rocking for our indoor porch and liked it so much that we ordered another set for our outdoor deck. While I gave our first purchase 5 stars, this set did have some issues. (1) the screws for the firepit are too short and we had to replace them. Luckily we some so not a big deal for us. (2). Paint on the handle for the door on the side was chipped. (3) major dent on the edge of the tabletop. This did not happen during shipping as the box was in perfect condition. I could probably return for a replacement but it will be a hassle and we just decided to live with it. It’s annoying. (4) there are two holes on the plate that covers the burner area so you could easily lift it off when you want to use it. But when it rains water will get into the burner area. We closed the holes up by attaching knobs to seal up the holes. Quick fix, easy to take the lid on and off and keeps the table top useable. (5) this last one is just a preference: the chairs this set comes with have stable legs. Our previous purchase had chairs that rocked and swiveled. We knew this when we ordered them. But wish there was an option to get the swivel chairs with the firepit. At the time I bought this, the firepit was only offered as a bundle with the chairs so I did not have the option to buy the fire pit and swivel chairs separately. Again, personal preference and nothing to do with the quality of the product. Overall we are happy with the purchase and have gotten compliments. But for the price, quality control should be better.
