This product is pretty big inside, which is enough for making dishes for 3-4 people. The items also comes with a cooking recipe and free mitt. The air fryer supports 13 setups for cooking different dishes. You just put anything you need inside the basket following the recipe and select the correct mode, which is quite convenient. I would say this is really a decent product at this 100 dollar price range. However, the sound of the fryer during cooking process is pretty loud. Like this fryer very much. This is my second fryer I've bought. I wanted one like my old one with a separate basket & this one has it. Most new air fryers not only have a strainer you put at the bottom and it's harder to take the food out and if there is any oil it gets on the food.

Product is good, I did have an issue with the bin handle that got a crack in it, so I reached out to the JOYOUNG customer service, and I had this product over a little more than a year, and they were wonderful and sent me out a brand new Air Fryer! Within 1 week about I had a new air fryer. They stand by their product, I would recommend this product to anyone. I never had an air fryer before. And I didn’t think it’s useful. However, this JOYOUNG air fryer changed my mind. It’s much more convenient than traditional oven. It doesn’t take too much time to preheat. It’s hot enough to make foods taste like deep fried foods. And it’s super easy to clean as well. I fried port belly and some left over fries.     • Worked great...until it didn't work at all
I've had this for almost 2 years. It worked great, did exactly what it was supposed to do, up until a month ago. There's a button on the handle to separate the basket from the rest of the bowl. That button broke. Now, the unit doesn't even turn on anymore, because the machine doesn't know it's closed and can start cooking. I tried contacting the company for replacements parts (which I offered to pay for) with no response, at all. I will not purchase this brand again, due to the lack of response from the company. ... show more

It makes heating up left over meals so much better than microwave. Pizza and fries are crispy, just like I like them.
