Was able to close all vents to snuff out coals so they could be used later. Issue? Tried to find a cover - lots of searches, no luck. Then I thought, what about a small tarp? It's great one, love it. Works great, no damage. Will see how long it will last. Only one concern is not easy to get the ash out of it but other than that it's sturdy.

    • Small area to grill on
Works ok, but it is very small area to cook on, maybe some hotdogs or brats. 2 steaks going to be close but it can be done.

    • Serious design flaws.
The grill is very top heavy, fell back several times until i put a heavy ceramic bowl behind it. The grill did not assemble correctly. The legs were uneven and i had to duct tape and extra inch and a half to steady it. It was easy enough to assemble but the finished product had some serious design flaws. It grilled the food ok but it went over 600 degrees with the lid closed according to the built in thermometer. Had i known any of this, i would not have purchased. My advice is to assemble but keep all the bags and packaging materials. Check to make sure it stands firm. Disassemble and return everything if not perfect after assembly. There will be other problems once used. Disappointed by all the positive reviews. This was my experience. Great for others without any issues. ... show more
