Joola JUNK
Size: 14mm
Core crushed in 2 months, typical joola junk, high price and poor quality. I have a knock-off MOD TA 15 that I hit for over a year and a half before it cratered- cost $20

Authentic from Amazon. Power 4.5/5 Spin 5/5 Control 4/5
Size: 14mm
No green “prime” tag on the list, and it was carried by UPS from some mysterious warehouse, so I was worried about a counterfeits in the beginning, but it turns out to be authentic paddle. It came with original packaging. There is a way to verify the authenticity the paddle as described in the packaging or from Joola official website. Power is amazingly great, I didn’t expect a carbon fiber paddle can be this good. It has no less power than a Selkirk Power Air. Its spin is on the top tier. Sometimes the trajectory seems unreal. Power paddle is always poppy, control is compromised but with that power I don’t expect the control. This 14mm paddle is light weighted, about 7.9oz, very handy. Durability might be an issue - all my Joola paddles have fallen edge guard issue after 1.5 months of use so I would assume this one would do the same

Nothing bad to say about it
Size: 16mm
Mine was flawless out of the package. Not a single blemish, scratch, dent, or imperfection. In my opinion, decent weighting., good grip, solid hits, good spin: there may be better specialty paddles out there in each category, but this one is a great hybrid and is probably not too far behind them. I upgraded from the black and blue Perseus Ben Johns “Gen 2” and am very happy with my decision. I’ll update this post if I find anything negative about the paddle, but so far, it is my new go to. UPDATE: Heard some stories about people having core crushing issues, but I personally haven’t experienced that. Just learned today this paddle has been discontinued and will not be allowed in tournament play after July 2025. Really disappointed to hear this. 😡😢

IT's very possible a fake paddle
Size: 14mm
NFC Scan Error: When I use the App to scan the NFC chip in the handle, my iPhone successfully detects the chip, but immediately displays a red X with the message: "Something went wrong. Unable to register paddle. Please try again." (See attached screenshot). QR Code Error: I also attempted to scan the QR code on the paddle's packaging, but the app displays: "Invalid or expired QR code." (See attached screenshot of the packaging QR).

Too powerful, no control and now not even legal!
Size: 14mm
Too powerful and not enough control. Can’t get my third shot (or fifth shot) to drop with this! Plus I learned that it’s no longer admissible for tournament play which really sucks! Not cheap!

A no brainer for a higher level player!
Size: 16mm
The JOOLA Perseus MOD TA 15 Pro Player Edition is hands down one of the best paddles I’ve used. It delivers serious power and gives me incredible spin and control on every shot. It’s surprisingly responsive for soft play and quick hands at the net. The build quality is top-tier, with a sleek design and a comfortable grip that holds up match after match. This is a pro-level paddle that lives up to the hype! It's well worth the investment!

Amazing Paddle! Control and Spin.
Size: 16mm
I've been playing for a year and only used one paddle. I upgraded to this paddle, and WOW!! It has so much control and spin. I didn't think a paddle would make that big of a difference, But it does. If you can afford it, I would 100% recommend this paddle!
