I have used several different paddles that were rated 5 stars but this is the first one thar was actually a 5 star paddle and it is very noticeable (also this is my first paddle review since my experience with this one was so amazing). I went to the rec center yesterday to try it out for a few games before working out but playing with this paddle was so addictive that I ended up playing about 25 games straight because I didn’t want to stop playing, this paddle is so fun to play with. My serves were even harder to return as I was able to hit with more precision and power putting the ball wherever I wanted to on the court. Dropping the ball into the kitchen is something Ive been struggling with and I was able to do it with ease. I was putting the ball in places that were making it impossible for my opponents to return. It has power when you need it and a soft touch when you want to keep the ball low over the net into the kitchen. I don’t spin the ball a lot but it does have a grip that bites the ball and I will start integrating that into my game more. I got a lot of compliments on my shots yesterday and I was playing some pretty advanced players who I was easily dominating even sometimes even playing with a weaker partner. I was hitting some shots that even surprised myself at times, I was like woah I can’t believe I hit that shot and my partner would be like wow what a shot! This paddle is amazing and I am so so so glad I purchased it, it almost feels unfair to play with this paddle. 😂 But the negative part is I ended up playing for almost 5 hours straight and I didn’t get to work out so now my legs are so sore I can barely get out of bed. 😭🥹 ✅ Power ✅ Precision ✅ Sweet Spot ✅ High Quality ✅ Addiction ✅ Surface Grip for Spinning the ball ✅ Best Paddle I have ever played with If you really want to level up your game and have a paddle that makes playing pb even more fun than it already is than this is the paddle for you, BUY IT NOW! It's an outstanding paddle for sure. The fit and finish is top notch and it feels really well balanced and light despite its size. It also just looks really sleek. I picked it up in Red and Blue as well, and they all look outstanding. Performance wise, I don't really know how much I can say about it. Obviously it's going to perform better than a cheap, beginner paddle. That's down to the construction and attention to balance and whatnot. But there's absolutely a cut-off point where skill has to factor in. If you're a beginner, this paddle won't suddenly turn you into a pro. You still have to put in the work on technique. Good play doesn't just come out of the paddle. And that's where I end up feeling like this loses a bit because it's a really nice paddle, absolutely. But it's also a really pricey paddle. Or, at least, it's pricier than what I think most people would be interested and willing to pay for what is typically considered a recreational sport. Pickleball absolutely has a highly competitive side to it, but in general I believe it is much more approachable to new players than sports like tennis where there is a much steeper learning curve for proper technique. So, while this is probably a very reasonably priced paddle for highly competitive players (it was listed for $119.95 when I ordered this and the other 2 variants), it seems like it's outside the likely price range for casual players. And that's a shame because it's nice when folks who enjoy a sport can get high-quality equipment without having to pay a fortune. There's simply nothing about the build, finish, or performance of this paddle that leads me to believe it is worth paying just under $120. Maybe high $80s or low $90s, but even that seems pretty high for, again, what I consider to be a "fun" and "casual" sport for most people. All that said, in addition to the quality fit and finish of the paddle itself, the entire package just comes in a really nice presentation so if you do have some highly competitive pickleball players in your life, this certainly does make for a really nice looking gift both in the presentation and the final product. ... show more

What a difference this paddle makes. The shots are more accurate and the response from the paddle hitting the ball sounds so much better than my old paddle. Nice grip and the length is perfect!
