Even after running the verification application twice to make sure it would fit my G37S Sedan it was incorrect!!! My car was on the lift when the tech asked me to follow him to the install bay. To my dismay, he said it was for a coupe. We double check Amazons site and I did not make any mistakes on what I purchase according to the guideance given by the verification app. We then called Magnaflow and were told that it was incorrect and that they did not make a system for my vehicle as of yet! I still had to pay the labor for the removal, install of MagnaFlow,removal and intall of my stock system. What a waste of time and money!!! Wish it would of worked out because it was a beautiful system!!! I gave it 5 Stars anyway due to the quality of the system!

Recently installed this system on a 11 Infiniti G37. I am no stranger to perf exh systems, have had 2 Borlas and 2 Gibsons last 10 years. This system was expensive to have installed. It sounds fine on hard acceleration, but anything under 2,000 rpm produces a horrible, mind numbing drone. So basically, ANY cruising speed will give you a headache after a short time. Called magnaflow, they said that was the price for performance. Offered no help. Just spent $1k for a system that is not tolerable. My bad Should have bought another Gibson

sounds great, easy to put on but the reason I give it 3 stars is because one of the resonator assemblie pipe was not completely straight and looked like it had been taken off of another system since it had scratch marks on both sides of the pipe. Since the pipe wasn't completely straight, one of the resonator sits about 1 inch lower than the other.

This is a great exhaust system ,but it takes some time putting it on ,because if your a car nut you'll be cleaning and stuff while under car . The rubber bushings are a night mare . Make sure you us plenty of lube to install these ,in order to aline ,and line up . I'm 65 and I installed it on a G-37x while on jack stands .Now that I'm done it sounds great ,but not easy crawling under car with rubber grumits .

This adds great sounds to my car. I also installed headers, CAI and a motordyne intake manifold at the same time and it’s like a different car in a really great way! The down side is that It does make some droning noises at 1500-2000rpm while cruising steady on up a slight incline but it is manageable because the benefits far out weigh this. And if you accelerate a little bit you can get rid of it easy if it bothers you. I did hear the motordyne exhaust has a design that eliminates the drone but it is also 2300$ compared to the less than 900$ I spent. I’m happy with my purchase and would do it again.

Let me begin by saying that I do not have the product, however, I have owned Magnaflow products in the past and they are high quality and highly recommended. This review is to clear up questions about the fit of this product for G37 AWD models. I contacted Magnaflow directly and verified that the 16820 exhaust system *does not FULLY* fit the G37x (AWD models). The reason why I say *does not FULLY* fit is because the X-pipe (front pipe connecting to the catalytic converters) does not clear the front transfer case. However, the mid-pipes and muffler fits both RWD and AWD models.

I just installed a brand new Magnaflow exhaust system in just about 2 hrs since I had to take off the one on a G37 Sports. Let me tell it has a great deep sound..not too loud sound. It sounds pretty strong. If you are looking for a top of the line exhaust system for your G then this 1 is for you!
