The media could not be loaded. A friend of mine whom is a pro pickleball player and instructor recommended me this paddle. It turned out, it was a great choice because this paddle has both power and control. I have been using it for the past 2+ months and playing around 3-4 times each week (2 hours each session). I'm a 70 year old, 4.0+ player. I own several paddles from different manufacturers. I've medaled in several tournaments using an Engage Pursuit Ex RAW Toray T700 Carbon Fiber PRO paddle. I ordered the Joola Scorpeus 3S 16MM after trying a friend's. The Joola provides similar feel, similar face dimensions, control and response to my Engage. The Joola offers a bit more pop at the kitchen line. Also noticed some extra spin and power on serves and slices. I was disappointed that a $300 Joola paddle didn't ship with a cover.

Nice paddle, but it came with a defect in the rubber collar. The vendor won't send a new collar and I had to return the entire paddle for a replacement. What a terrible waste of time and money. The collar couldn't have cost more than 50 cents. Seems like a bad business practice: replace a good two hundred dollar paddle, pay for shipping and handling, inconvenience your customer, create more waste for the landfill, and get a bad review.

I already own a few paddles and feel guilty about owning another impulse purchase. However after trying it out, I have no regrets as it allow me to control and play a better game. The pop is not too much and manageable. The weight and grip size is just right for a women like me. Paddle has standard face therefore larger sweet spot. It can also generate great spin and power. Price point is a deal for me as i got it during amazon prime day. Overall very happy with the paddle performance. It is a keeper.

This Joola paddle is awesome! I got this as a gift for my husband and he was so stoked to try a new style of paddle. He owns other Joola paddles, but this was his first wide body paddle, and he says he is very impressed. It had actually become one of his favorite paddles and he has been using it more often than his others lately. It's well made and amazing quality as expected from Joola. It's lightweight , comfortable to hold, and has a nice grip. (Extra grip is included as well) What he loves the most about this paddle is the wider body, which has made him have way better control and more accurate hitting of the ball. His hits are more powerful and quicker, and it has great spin. He says the overall feeling of it is awesome and he feels it has definitely improved his game. His pickleball buddies have even asked him about this paddle and say they want one too. He is very happy with it and would recommend it. He will be buying another large sweet spot Joola paddle in the future.
