It works. Serves the purpose exactly as it should, but if you have dogs, they can/will tear the netting. I’ve had it up for less than a week and my dogs have torn a few holes. One had to be sewn up in order to keep bugs out again bc it was pretty substantial. They don’t seem to see the net in some areas and have a hard time getting out. But it works as it should. It’s not sturdy and some ties have popped off, but nothing a couple zip ties couldn’t fix. ... show more

    • Great Addition to Canopy, Needs Some Reinforcements

I appreciate the ability to add netting to our canopy, making it a very useful element to our camping adventures. The height is perfect. We can easily tie it on the frame under the canopy edge and at the lowest setting of the canopy, it touches the ground. It’s materials and construction aren’t the greatest, however. There are a couple of things that need some help. We set it up to try it out in our backyard and had a slight bit of wind, nothing too strong, and a tie on one of the poles popped right off the fabric, leaving a hole in fat one of using it. I happen to be a sewist, so I will be adding heavier nylon at the corner fabric strips and secure the ties to that, so they don’t just rip right off like that first one. I like that the zipper completely unzips, so when taking it down, I can easily separate the zipper and as I untie, I just walk around and fanfold it as I do, so it is very easy to fold up and put away. It does not come with a bag to keep it in, which would be nice. (I just made my own, with a pull string closure) The other thing I think would be nice is a way to keep the bugs out of the bottom. Either loops you could stake, or a way to weight them down somehow. We did have some bugs getting in. Overall, it does the job, just not sure how long it will last as it comes. Took it camping over the weekend. It fit my 10 x 10 pop up tent. The top has string that ties to the lower frame of the pop up tent (6 on each side). My arms were burning half way through…. 😝 It really should have loops i the bottom to tack it down as it blows and lifts in the wind. I’m sure I could make some. It help up in 30mph winds and all the debris were on the net. No rips, pretty sturdy! The zipper is backwards. Very akward to reach into the tent to zip it open and close! Should have had a double zipper, one on the i side and one on the outside. All in all, it did a great job and gave my arms a workout! ... show more

It works, better than nothing. Insects can still get in it’s just harder. Wind storm caused damage to mine, but can reuse after sewing. Wouldn’t buy again.

I wish the zipper had a tab on both the inside and the outside. It ended up being easier to lift the netting to get in and out, left the netting raised and negated the purpose. Also, one of the strings that attaches the mesh to the tent frame broke on my first use. I probably wouldn’t buy this product again, but I don’t really know what else is out there, so who knows.     • Fit My 10x10 Ozark Trail Canopy!

I spent a large amount of time trying to find a net to fit my 10x10 Ozark Trail straight leg canopy. I took a chance with this one and I was not disappointed! It fit perfectly and was easy to set up. Only flaws were that the corners would not stay down and came up each time you zip and unzip the entry, leaving exposed gaps for insects to come in. I was constantly pulling them down. Another flaw was the gaps at the top exposed areas for insects to come it at night. I sprayed the top with OFF and they still kept coming in. We found using a hand held bug zapper periodically actually worked. But who wants to do that constantly. Because this net is white, it got extremely dirty!! But I was able to wash it in the washing machine on delicate cycle and hang dry. I wish it came in a different color. Overall, I am just happy to have found a net that fit my canopy. ... show more
