I thought the unit failed out the box, I set it up with the specified space around the back unit. It took 3 days before the thermostat reached 55 degrees. It’s been about 3 weeks and it is holding up well So far. It looks sleek and modern design fits well in my kitchen. Seems to run quiet and the light is a nice touch when going into the kitchen at night. Holds Cabernet bottles nicely. Port bottles fit but a little tight, leave a space between them in my opinion. Won’t hold champagne bottles though. Keep your expectations reasonable and you’ll be satisfied with this product. ... show more

    • Inaccurate advertisement and poor manufacturing
Doesn’t fit champagne bottles as it advertised. Very upset because that was what we ordered for. They make you pay for return shipping so the whole thing was a waste of money. Also it was made so that it is uneven and it could not be balanced. Have to put coasters or simmering to level it out.
