These are super comfortable to wear and ride in. However, it was really hot when I was riding and I think the glue holding the shoe together started melting. The sole started separating from the body of the shoe. Nevertheless, you get what you pay for I suppose. I've lived in my leather Ovations for decades but getting them wet shortened their life. These are pretty comfy for synthetic material, even after a year. Really tight seams and seals. I don't have to worry about getting them wet
