I’ve been drawing with this for the past month and they’re now a must have for me. I’ve had wrist pain and hand cramping when drawing many years now, massaging my hands and putting treatment was the way for me, but I’ve noticed I haven’t had wrist pain in quite a while now I’m shocked at how much comfort this gives my hands without feeling like I need to rest them after drawing.

These are great grips that reduce writing fatigue. I take notes all day long using my apple pencil and this was a perfect solution to hand fatigue. Also, they don't slip and stay firmly in place. Only challenge is that my pencil no longer completely fits in it's case.

I bought a set of these grips when the slip cover I had for my first generation Apple Pencil started getting loose. I wanted something with more of a grip to reduce stress on the tendons in my hand when I’m doing a lot of detail illustration work or writing a lot in my digital journal. These grips fit the pencil securely, are well made and have a nice texture to prevent slipping. They look nice on the Apple Pencil, as seen in the attached photo. The cushioning is also very good, but here is where I run into a problem. The diameter of these grips is a bit too large for my small hands. For reference, I wear a size 4 1/2 ring on my ring finger, so when I say that my hands are small, I mean both small and slender. I have tried putting the grips onto the pencil in both directions, but it really doesn’t make much of a difference to me in terms of comfort. After a while using the pencil with one of these grips, my hand gets tired and starts to cramp up. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look for a grip that is a bit more narrow and better tailored to fit my hands comfortably. That said, I intend to pass this set on to my son, for whom I believe they will actually work much better. They’re really nice grips, just not right for me.

I have long fingers and big hands. The thickest part of the holder has to rest just right or it’s uncomfortable for me. (Female here is that info helps.) I had to train my fingers to accept the holder. Once I was used to it, it became easier to work with. The material is matte which adds an extra secure hold as the Apple Pencil and most styli are very smooth, very slippery. The design keeps your Apple Pencil from rolling away. It’s durable for everyday use. I use mine about 8-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. I can’t speak for cleaning as apart from disinfecting it upon arrival I haven’t had to clean it since. I keep my hands clean to avoid deteriorating the materials. If you have big hands and or long fingers this product could be great for you. If your hands are small or you have small fingers the thickness might take you some time to get used to unless you already use similar for regular writing instruments.

I've been having wrist and hand issues for the past 2 years and since I draw a lot, I decided at the time that buying this(along with other changes) would help me heal my hand in the long run. Since I've been using this grip for about 2 years I feel I can safely say that this has probably contributed to my hands feeling a lot better than it did when I first started feeling pain. My hands are on the smaller side and this grip is very comfortable to hold and not too big. It doesn't take long to get used to holding this and honestly, it now feels uncomfortable to hold regular sized pens!

Works as its purpose intends. Only problem is there is no case that will hold the pencil with this on. I liked being able to put the pencil in the cases holder to not lose it and I like having the grip so my hand doesn’t cramp up. Kind of torn.
