I put off buying this for almost a year until I’ve decided to try it. I like the versatility of it using it on my furniture as well as my mattress and bed. It does pick up quite a lot. It is a little bit heavy. It’s easy to empty and clean.

I bought this vacuum two years ago now. I wanted to write a review because it is so essential to our home. In two years, the only thing that no longer works is the LED light that helps kill bacteria. It was disappointing when it stopped working, but it gets the dirt, sand, and dust off any fabric surface such as bed sheets, couch cushions, pillows. So it is still worth it. I bought it because our dog kept rolling in the dirt in the backyard, then jumping in our bed. I was washing the sheets daily. I am a proud pet parent of four rescued dogs. One of them is a German Shepherd and Labrador mix, and he sheds quite a bit. If I don't vacuum for a few days, I end up with piles of fur in the corners of the room. It's my own fault, but I taught my dogs a bad habit by letting them sleep in the bed with me. I know it's not a good habit, but I just can't resist letting my fur babies sleep in bed with me. With three of the four of them being senior dogs now, I know my time is limited with them, so I want to enjoy all the snuggles I can with them before it is their time to cross the 🌈🐶 bridge. But oh boy, the fur on my bed was driving me crazy! I was changing the entire bed linens almost every other day. I tried lint rollers, but they were too time-consuming. I even tried my regular vacuum with a special attachment, but it wasn't thorough enough. So, one night I was on Amazon and I saw this vacuum cleaner. I read the reviews and looked down at my shirt which was covered in dog hair even though I had just vacuumed the bed with my Shark. I decided to buy it. This little vacuum is a lifesaver for dog owners like me. It's handheld and it heats up for UV cleaning. It gets rid of almost all the dog hair on my bed, and it also picks up dust, fuzz balls, skin cells, and other stuff I didn't even know was there. When I'm done vacuuming, my sheets feel like they're fresh out of the dryer. And it's also a breeze to clean and take care of. The only downside is that the vacuum starts to feel heavy after a few minutes of using it. But I guess that's what helps it get all that extra dirt and debris. I’ve never been more disappointed. I bought a returned unit, which was clearly used. I pull it out of the box and someone else’s dust mites and allergens rain down out of the unit, in the box, on my bed - disgusting. I clean it up then use the unit on my bed. It does not get hot at all, I feel zero warmth, and the UV light does not stay on. Without those features, that’s called a vacuum. I already have that. Not sure if it’s because I purchased a returned unit and it’s not working as it should or not. Either way, I am returning the unit, in better shape than I received it! Not impressed. ... show more

It performed well for the task we had planned. It quickly and more silent than others removed cat hair from our comforter. It was quick it's design is good so you don't have to maneuver much and it's size and weight was acceptable.
