The monitor works very nicely for designing. The tv seems ok but I can’t change location for local channels and the remote is not user friendly as it’s small & works about half the time. Very sporadic. Think they could have supplied a much nicer designed remote. If there is a better separate remote available to purchase I would definitely consider getting one.

live in a RV and bought my smart monitor off Amazon to stream my entertainment on. The fact that it's Google based made it easy to login and set up all of my apps from my android phone. Great product, highly recommend.

TV quality for visuals is awesome, and most TVs this small are 720p or mad expensive. Audio quality is meh, sounds rather distant and unimpressive. Upside, it has bluetooth so you can easily connect it to a quality sound bar or something anyway. Theres 2 things about it that royally irritate me though. 1) The blue light that pretty much any modern tech has when its powered off, but plugged in. Its in the SAME SPOT as the remote sensor, meaning i cant block that light so it doesnt illuminate my bedroom at night. 2) The TV's CEC is annoying. Ive never had a TV do this, but this thing will automatically turn itself back on about 10m to an hour after i turn it off the first time. Literally all its connected to is my xbox and the wifi, but if i have CEC enabled it keeps turning back on. This is extremely annoying when the TV is in your bedroom where even with a black screen suddenly with night-adjusted eyes the room is noticeably bright. For what i bought it for, which was a dedicated monitor above my desktop for my xbox via a triple-monitor stand, its fine. Wouldnt buy again because of the annoying poweron though, the sound is rarely a deciding factor for most people since most people have sound systems of some form anyway.

I'm having problems finding USBC to USBC connector that will connect monitor to my MacBook Air. I have also tried an HDMI to USBC connector. It didn't work either. I have a rigged connection from HDMI to USBC that seems to work. Otherwise the monitor is good quality screen.

TV is pretty good so far. Had problems with Xfinity remote pairing up with it, it just cannot find a "code" to pair the tv with. Fit and finish on the TV seem to be good, the box it came in was well packaged and protected from damage. The fact that After trying about a dozen or more times to get the Xfinity set top box to actually pair with the TV is a downer, and now to operate it must carry around both controls. Also, the big emphasis on this TV is GOOGLE. Google this and Google that. I am not overly enthusiastic about anything Google has its heavy hands in. It seems to want to connect to a wireless system, which our bandwidth is good enough, but I have a hard wired switch right on the wall behind the unit and it has NO native Ethernet adapter. I did use a USB to Ethernet adapter to hook it up. It acknowledges its presence, but I cannot make it the default. Wired is faster and more secure than the WIFI options. Kind of disappointed with the TV. Cannot believe it does not have a native Ethernet plugin on it.

I received the KTC 4k UHD Smart TV Monitor yesterday. Overall the screen picture quality is very good. During set up I found when trying to mount on my wall mount that the package only had three screws (it needs 4) and only two would work because the third screw was a short one that didn't fit. So I had to run to a hardware store to remedy that. The sound quality is very disappointing - the worse I've ever had in any tv I've owned. I tried all of the various sound settings and it still has a tinny weak sound with no bass or midrange. Definitely not as advertised. So I had to order a Bluetooth speaker to try to get any decent sound quality for the monitor. I like the remote but a big flaw in it is that it isn't illuminated in the dark. So trying to use it at night is near impossible without holding my cell phone close to it so I can see the controls. That sucks. No manual was included or even a link where I could find one online. I expect the products I buy to at least live up to the features that they say they have. This one has several deficits. That's why I'm only giving it three stars.

The speakers/sound sucks, can’t get it right there’s always something off which to me throws off whole experience sometimes. Some apps won’t allow you to use if you have a vpn on your router which is weird. The monitor runs pretty hot or at least mine does. Two of the buttons on the remote are the same thing and are just the source/imput button. Not going to lie I see no difference with the 4k vs my old tv I got from my brother from early 2000’s the only thing better between the two is this one doesn’t have random sounds turning it off and slightly bigger. Glad I got while on a big sale or I’d be returning
