When we opened the package, we noticed the pineapple was not as big, and in the first night my hamster chewed all of the fabric. So pay attention to that, but the banana is a prized possession here.

    • Hmm Cute but Too Small
I’m giving it 4 stars because these two are very cute and soft. The size is perfect for Hamsters, but my piggie started growing so it became small for him. The Banana wasn’t his favorite, the entrance was too small so he would get stuck even when he was small. I did cut the Banana entrance more bigger for him but it just seemed like the Banana wasn’t his favorite. Other than that I still would recommend these items to anyone who has hamsters or any other pet that are small and will stay small. :) ... show more

    • My young rat girls love the banana!!
The media could not be loaded. My young rats love to go in the banana and snuggle up together. I resently moved the pineapple to a different location in the cage and the started using it too. They tore a hole in the back lining and they love to both go into that hole and snuggle. See video... They are definitely not chew proof but at least my girls only chewed on them to get the lining open so they could have a cozy little cave. They are so sofe and we'll designed especially the banana! ... show more
