I just got it in and did the obligatory egg test after following the first time use instructions of washing with mild detergent original Dawn and drawing then applying a small amount of oil avocado oil and wiping out the excess the pan performs exactly as described nothing stuck so cleaning it was super easy because nothing stuck to the pan mind you I also tried a basic omelette with it and they didn't even stick for the price it's an excellent pan I highly recommend it ... show more

I am 77 years old and this is the best pan I have ever had. I beats anything else I have ever used. Nothing sticks to it unless you leave it over the heat and the pan dries out, but even then it is very easy to clean. You need absolutely no cooking spray to keep food from sticking to it. Just don't heat it up before putting food into it. Turn on the heat immediately before or immediately after turning the heat on. For the small pan, don't turn the heat up to high because the bottom of the pan is not large enough to withstand the width of the heat and it will darken the part of the handle that is closest to the pan. I loved this so much that i bought another one with the same wonderful characteristics. Another thing I like about theses pans is that there is a place on both sides that makes it easier to pour the contents of the pan out without dribbling down the side of the pan. It isn't perfect but it does make it easier to pour. I have no complaints at all about it. It is sturdy and well-made. I highly recommend it. ... show more

High sides of the pan reduce oil splattering and the wooden handle is nifty. While I believe in iron cookware, as an older person it's very lightweight and easy to manage no stick food like eggs in particular.

Used it many times in one month and it does a really great job, no sticking (used with a little oil) purchased for cooking eggs ONLY, very nice addition to our all stainless steel cookware sets, my wife and I are very satisfied at this point in the short time we've used it, we are hoping that it will last for many years, we use proper utensils for nonstick and hand wash only with dish soap, I'd give it 5 star but we've only had a short period of cooking time, if we get some years of use out of it with no issues, I'd add the 5th star. On the handle having to be attached/installed it's not a big deal, if you can do basic simple repairs with a good screwdriver that fits the job properly, you'll be just fine. ... show more

I wanted to wait to post my review, because my experience with non stick pans is that they become scratched, and not "non stick" anymore after a short while. I've had this pan over a year now, and it looks, and is non stick and easy to clean as the day I bought it. Whoever posted that their's was scratched must've used metal utensils, because mine doesn't have one scratch on it! ... show more

This is a great pan. I judge it by cooking fried eggs. If fried eggs stick, then I am not happy. This pan works great. All you have to do is make sure you hand wash it and use a soft non-abrasive cloth to clean it which it cleans up. Great! If you keep the heat down to a proper level. Great pan. My mom bought a set of pans at Costco that were very expensive and they work awesome also, but she paid a heck of a lot more than what this is. Very happy. 🙂 ... show more
