Although it did take much longer than expected to receive these beautiful shoes, I am pleased with my purchase. The color is beautiful and I was able to find a matching purse from another supplier! Included in the box were protective covers for each shoe, heel inserts and a cute little rose. I have narrow heels, so the shoes are a little big in that area the heel inserts that were included do help.

I physically received my pair of shoes today and I love it, i also appreciate that elder notified me that they observed that I made a purchase for 3 pairs of the same size shoes, however, different coloured and that they shipped 1 pair for me to try first to provide them with a feedback re the fitting, they kept in touch with me so as to avoid customer dissatisfaction and the hassle of returning the shoes so they were waiting for my fitting, I did so today and I must express that I love it. I have issues with wearing high heels shoes and this kitten toe shoes have encouraged me to love a pair of shoes that has heel, its elegant and very comfortable as well

They arrived as show in the picture. They included a small flower, and two sets of inserts to make the shoe more comfortable. They are a little stiff at the moment. I tend to have a wide foot so I was surprised they fit. The shoes look great, super shiny.

Cute, comfortable :) A little narrow at first, but then formed to foot after walking around the house for a few minutes. Will go with pants or dress. Ordered black patent, size 9, true to size. Came nicely with packaged foot and heel pads if needed, and also a rose (nice touch). Plan order a couple of few more patent colors.
