Along with its very easy to use control display, you can connect your phone via Bluetooth, activate cruise control and monitor your mileage and speed history. The full suspension is amazing to have off road. I have received many compliments about its appearance and what a great looking bike it is. Took about a hour to assemble with included tools!!! This is my first e-bike. I'm 6' 250lbs so I got a larger e-bike to haul my arse around. I've put about 50 miles on it so far and I've enjoyed it quite a bit. My primary reason for getting one was the current price of crude and gas going over $6 a gallon in my area in California. Running small errands, getting fast food or just wanting to get out in some nice weather. The suspension does the job. I've had several spine surgeries and the rear suspension dampens the bumps very well. I've gotten it up to 38mph on flat road. More than fast enough for town traveling. One safety warning. I won't lower my star rating but want to still put it out there. I adjusted the handlebars to rotate them a little. Went on a ride and discovered I had no brakes. Was quite confused as it had brakes before the adjustment. Since I know how brakes work, I could tell it wasn't getting any pressure from the hand grip. I opened the fill screw on the handle bars that has the mineral oil for the brake pressure. Rotating the handlebar seemed to release some air bubbles and lost all pressure. I added a few drops to each reservoir. Brakes worked fantastic after. I would definitely check this. You'll need a T10 torx head driver.

Received my Jasion Thunder last week and have ridden it 32 miles already. I am very impressed with the bike. I got it to replace another bike which felt too big for me and I find the Jasion much easier to adjust to my height. Love the seat - much more comfortable and the throttle is easy to operate without fear of over accelerating. Haven’t ridden in the mountains yet but seems like it will have plenty of power for the trails. Excellent price, easy assembly and great ride. I would definitely recommend this bike to friends and family.

Jasion disappointed me. This Jasion Thunder Pro was sent with a lot of paint damage underneath the fancy foam padded wrapping from the manufacturer. I haven’t even finished the assembly yet. Come On!?!?! How could You miss That!!!!?!?! But they said it was inspected before packed…Yeah Right..BS!! I don’t want to deal with the return process BS, I can’t miss work. I’ll spray paint the damage and paint over everything that says Jasion on it including the bag. Truly pissed & heartbroken!!!

I believe that this ebike may be very nice, however I have not had an opportunity to ride it yet. During assembly several nuts, washers, and screws were missing. I contacted Jaison, and while they were quick to respond they said that they did not have any extra screws, washers, or nuts to provide me with replacements. I have been offered to buy them myself and they will refund me $30. Their response was that they carefully check all bikes that they ship to ensure that the parts are all present. I provided photos of where the pieces were missing. There is a ziploc baggie that contains the tools to assemble the bike, and it was open the pieces were scattered throughout their smaller box. One of the items that I do not have is anything to tighten the display screen to the handlebar. The screws are present but much smaller than any of the tools they sent to tighten it. So, I will be partially taking the bike apart so that I can ensure that I can find the appropriate sizes. One of the items that was missin was the piece that covers the top screw, and the black flange that surrounds that screw was adhered to the packaging material and has white stuck to it. This will require a lot of cleaning and I will not have the piece that covers the top screw. Very disappointed in Jaison so far.
