I purchased this on a whim and I’m glad that I did. It’s surprisingly easy to set up and use, both from a computer and from your phone. I don’t print much - maybe a handful of items a week - but the battery lasts a long time. My needs are pretty basic (a label or copies of emails or receipts for personal records, etc.) and informal, so this works great. Setting this us was so frustrating. I purchased this for my business because instead of clients coming to my office I can meet them somewhere else. I have a Chromebook and an android, does not print on either one. Does not connect when I print from my android. The app in the videos is different from the app it is telling me to download in the instructions. I can connect the printer through the google extensions, and bluetooth and when i plug it in. When I press print, it prints the very top of the document then it stops. Its soo frustrating. I spent maybe 3 hours trying to figure this out. i have to return it and find something new. If you are using a chromebook and an androidm do not get this one. I almost cried honestly. ... show more

Jaden’s portable printer is awesome — super compact, easy to carry, and prints surprisingly well for such a small device. It’s also very convenient and kind of mind blowing how this even works without ink. The setup was quick, and it works flawlessly with my laptop and Android devices. The only downside is that if you’re using an iPhone, you’ll need a separate converter or adapter to connect it properly so one star off because you need to buy that if your iPhone is under 14 and you won’t be able to use it. It should come with a multi option converter. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Otherwise, definitely recommend! ... show more

The prints are fast and clear and from a small printer . Just what I wanted so I have something portable. UPDATE I have had a chance to use the app and print with this thermal printer. It does black and white printing, or grayscale images. Actually the image quality is very good. I got it as a convenient portable printer option, and it is good for that being powered by an internal rechargeable battery. The downside is the phone app. I would like to be able to print from my laptop, but the app is Android based, which means I would have to use a program such as BlueStacks to be able to run the app on my laptop. The printer has a USB C port and I might be able to use a cable to connect to my laptop, but I don't know that for sure at this point. The fact that the power and paper are contained inside of the printer makes it handy for a backpack or computer bag to print on the go. ... show more

This thing is fun, portable (not that I've moved it since plugging it in) and does exactly what it says it will do. I haven't tried with the sheets yet, just the rolls, and it's great for quickly printing out recipes or dnd character sheets or whatever other silly things. Love it.
