I’m not the type of guy who writes feedback often but this piece really impressed me, it looks like a kids toy but it does the job really perfect. It is really fast when printing in bulk and also the quality of printing is the best. I payed $76 so I wasn’t expecting much but the quality is better than the one I got 2 years ago for $145. (another brand)

This label printer is light weight and portable. Easy set up. The only thing I’d change or add is a description of the settings to use for different sized labels to the guide instructions. That was very difficult for me to figure out and I went through a lot of labels trying to figure out which settings worked best for the different sized labels I needed to print. Also make sure your design looks good in black & white as thermal printed don’t print in color. Great little label printer for mailing labels and creating product label with some patience and a good design.

This prints in a matter of seconds! It was a fairly simple setup onto the computer. I downloaded the app to my phone so need to figure out the Bluetooth settings. Love the pink color & can order pink paper for the labels. I did have to download a Chrome extension so that the labels print on the full piece of paper. Otherwise the print was small - still useable. Worth the money if you do a lot of labels for shipping or even for returns.

3* REDUCTION: If you want a thermal printer that will function for more than a few months, this is not for you. Worked great at first and I thought it was going to save me a lot of money! 5*. But within a few months, I started having issues with wasted labels. I am still using the labels that were included, so this is not an issue of incompatibility. Basically, the printer will randomly eject blank labels, print “past” a blank label, spit out several blanks in an row, and just generally refused to recognize some of them with no commonality as to why. I should’ve pushed the issue when it started happening, but I didn’t think it was a big deal as I could always just reload it, and the worst thing was the inconvenience of having to do so. Now that it is happening with every print, it’s causing a ton of waste on top of the frustration and inconvenience, and nothing fixes it. It just blinks red at me. Technically, if you can get past the extreme waste. EDIT: 1* REDUCTION: Now it is not working at all. See photo. It prints black static. Also see background: all the “rejected” blank labels from the past week. Garbage.

This printer works really well from a desktop computer. It prints fast and high quality. Intallation was easy. But if you want to print from an iPad or iPhone, understand that you will be clicking a LOT to get the label to print. It's not that it's hard to do or complicated, but it's just a looooot of steps. You cannot print a PDF from a browser to a Bluetooth printer in iOS. That just doesn't work unless you are printing to an AirPrint-capable printer, which this is not. So, you have to prep your label in whatever service you're using, download it as a PDF, save it to your files on your phone or iPad, open the Jadens app, open the file browser within that app, find that file in your list of saved files, load the file into your list of available items to print, select that specific label from the list, then you can finally print. If the orientation of the PDF isn't correct, you'll also need to add in a step for rotating the label. Again, I really like the speed and quality of this printer, but I absolutely hate the way it works within iOS. I don't know how much more it would have cost to be AirPrint compatible, but I would have definitely paid more for that!
