GAME CHANGER! I ship a lot on Mercari, my printer toner ran out and I had been contemplating on just buying a label printer so I decided to look into it… ok, at the cost of two toners I could purchase a thermal (NON-TONER..buy-bye expensive toner!) printer. I purchased two different Jaden products with the intent to return one after I was able to look at them in person - and decided on this one, for $10 more it had 3.5x the expected printing life at 700,000 label printed versus 200,000 - makes more sense to me. Plus, the mint green color is cute to look at ;) It was super easy to set up for app use via my iPhone. I followed the directions on the postcard sized info sheet enclosed , the app instructions are NOT in the instruction booklet but on the postcard. The instruction booklet has the information about all the parts included and how to set up (super simple), as well as how to use this printer when it’s set up with a computer. So, if you’re using it with an app via WIFI and not directly connected to a computer- LOOK FOR THE POSTCARD. With Mercari when you’re going to ship via UPS the label prints with instructions, obviously I did not want that to print. So, all you have to do is look for the little SCISSORS. At the top of the page you will see “Edit” and a printer to the RIGHT - this will NOT print , click the printer … here you can click the scissors to trim down the label to just the label and at the bottom you can rotate the label to the correct upright position so it will print correctly on the label. Proceed to print and boom! I could NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! INSTANT LABEL -PERFECT!!!! Don’t delay!!! Do yourself a favor! Pick up this label printer today!!!!

Once you get this thing up and running, it is great! I love that it’s pink and is super easy and intuitive to use. I was expecting it to come with a software though for the computer so it started out a little rough after learning, a software is not needed, though it has been a game changer for my baking business. I’m able to print quality labels quickly. And it has been a great use of business funds.
