I use ShipStation for shipping label creation. One problem with ShipStation seems to be finding cost-effective label printers that are compatible with the ShipStation Connect software. The list of printers that ShipStation states as compatible is a short, expensive product list. I was skeptical of the Jadens printer compatibility with Shipstation Connect but had read reviews stating that their support was good so I decided to give it a try. If it did not connect or print properly I would reach out to their support staff for help. However, I was happily surprised. 1) Easy, painless setup 2) Connected to ShipStation Connect without issue. 3) Prints perfectly, prints fast, prints quiet 4) No need to contact support because it worked perfectly from the onset. Additional Notes: Using Windows 11. The printer is connected by USB to a laptop docking station, I have no use at this time for the Bluetooth feature so I have not tested it. ... show more

Ok to start with I rarely leave a review on anything. But I thought this will be helpful for other people. I waited almost a year to review this printer. This printer is a really good quality one. I have it for a year now and I had no issues. I was having difficulties connecting it to windows. I called their customer support they pick up in a minute no hold no wait. Jay the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and he fixed everything for me less than 15 minutes he was able to connect the printer wireless to my laptop also helped printer the right size labels. I will admit I had slight difficulty in setting up the printer settings after installation and I called Jadens support line, but no answer. Within twenty minutes they had 'noticed a missed call' and reached out to me on their own to investigate the nature of my call. The representative was cool and helped me adjust the settings on my printer and Ebay account in order to properly print the labels I wanted. This is an amazing printer. Takes less than 10 minutes to set up via your phone through Bluetooth. I have noticed that this device doesn't seem to work for android, but I could be doing something wrong. The Black stays black on the paper and ive never had a label come out incorrectly. Switching from a Mac to a PC, while not being computer savvy, I had totally confused myself. One call and Jay had me completely set up and running. But WAIT!! I called back the next day because no matter what I did, every shipping label was printing small. Once again I lucked out and Jay answered the phone. Not only did he resize label I needed right then. He was the one to realize it was the platform I am selling on that had the shipping label sizes predetermined. No more having to use sheets of paper in my printer then cutting and taping onto boxes. The manual might need a revision but it’s still working fine and the app is importing labels with minimal issues. This review is mainly from the iPhone point of view using the app. The main app issue is that the labels save from previous print jobs unless you get back to the main menu before importing a new label. All easy workarounds but I’m sure not having to do the trial and error is best. Good printer but the minus star is based on the app functionality. ... show more

Printer is awesome other than the constant bluetooth disconnects. The moment the printer is paired *zoop* it disconnects. Android, Chrome, Windows... doesn't matter. For this reason, I gave it a 4 out of 5. Maybe I got a defective one.
