The main canopy fit very well. The small, top part was too small for my canopy frame. I know that these are supposed to be universal canopies, all made in China, to fit random frames, all built in China. I had to remove plastic ends,cut about 2.5" off of the upper frame pieces, reinstall plastic pieces, then it fit perfectly. The main canopy took me about 5 minutes to remove old one and install new one. Total of 30 minutes even with modifying upper frame pieces.

Just purchased and installed, so no testament to durability yet. I considered replacing the entire gazebo before finding this product number on a faded tag attached to our old, ripped up canopy. Bought this and installed. No issues. Fits great. Makes the entire gazebo look new. Seems a lot of people are simply buying the wrong product and that’s why they run into bad fits and issues. I’ll update on durability after a summer of severe storms and wind.

The replacement did not fit. We started with trying to fit the smaller piece and it was too small by several inches. We bought it a year ago so the return guarantee is no longer offered. We originally bought the MASTERCANOPY 8 x 5 Grill Gazebo Outdoor BBQ Gazebo Canopy with 2 LED Lights (Khaki) back in 2020, then the replacement top about a year ago in 2024. We don't see another replacement top available for the 8x5 Gazebo, offering a different size than what they sent us. We would order a new one, but why would it be any different than what they sent us last year. There is no phone number or way to reach them. Frustrated that the company that makes our Gazebo seems to have a problem providing the needed replacement canopies that fit the gazebo. I read the reviews today and can see we are not alone. It seems others with our same situation are cutting off to shorten the metal arms to fit the replacement that is too small. We would love to have the correct size replacement and would be more than happy to update our review as a happy customer. Meanwhile, we are stuck without a replacement that fits.

We have this shelter at the front door and makes the open front porch adorable. The canopy was falling apart. I was so happy to find out that there were replacements. It was so easy to put it on the overhead frame. I promise you it looks so much better than the original. It's been through over 6 months of Louisiana sun,rain and bands of a hurricane .....the material is thick and sturdy. The canopy has not faded either. I absolutely love it!
