It was delivered and out of the box a very big noticeable dent which sucks cause we obviously were hoping for a good impression. Attached I have one video and a couple pictures and f the dent. I really like that this trash bin has a metal lid so it retains odors inside and odor does not leak out the way it does with my garbage bin that has a plastic lid. Garbage liner also fits snugly without me having to force or stretch it over the bin. The smudge proof aspect is also another reason why I recommend this trash bin. Your fingerprints won’t appear all over when touching it, retaining its clean and shiny appearance. Also the garbage bin looks sleek and aesthetically pleasing, fitting most or any room style.

I really did like the trash can but the damper part of it broke. Now it’s doesn’t open and when it does it will not self close. The part you install the damper broke from the bottom. They should really pay attention to that certain part when making this due to constant pressure from the damper. I tried reaching out to customer service but no luck with the phone number. Next time I’ll just buy from Costco

I think the thing was way too expensive for what it is HOWEVER….. if you had to deal with the headache of my last garbage can you would understand my 5 stars…….
